As stated above, it's style and size are a bonus for the individual that wants sound amplification that is mobile and not obnoxious in size. Additionally, the quality of sound is maintained over a large change in volume. Waterproof, nice bonus.

Portable enough to take to Africa with me, withstood crazy temperatures and dust no problem, was great to use to charge my phone on the go and the sound was loud enough for the price! Did everything it advertised and well enough.

Man if you want a speaker that will take a lickin... this is the one! I was at the beach and decided to test out the water proof capabilities. So I threw it in he lake. Sun of a gun, it floated back still jammin out!

I love this speaker. For the size the sound is loud and clear and bass is good. I love that it comes with a mount and that it's waterproof. It feels like it could take tons of wear and tear which is great for my active lifestyle. Love it!

I honestly love my Altec speaker, it has a nice bass and the speaker is pretty loud. It's also a good speaker to consider if you want a more cheaper one. I got mines on sale and I don't regret buying it. Battery life last long too!

The quality of the sound of the speaker is good, the volume seems to self adjust based on the type of music you are listening. It recharges fairly quickly and the battery seems to last a few hours. Overall great speaker.

This little speaker is load and durable! Has held up like a champ from falls and rain. The battery life was the reason I got it. Has lasted me two 7 hr periods, at full blast, and didn't die on me. Well worth the cost!
