Great product for use at pool

However on and off volume is a very loud woman saying welcome and you can't turn it down. Also this is a replacement because the plug has broken twice now. Sound quality is excellent despite the rest

Excellent product with only one annoyance

My IPod when connected by cable plays 3-5 songs and then shuts off...AltecLansing won't answer my questions via phone and they ignore emails....otherwise it sounds great just doesn't meet all needs
