Google searches found no way to decrease volume or turn off annoying announcement. Returned to store. If they fixed this issue, it would be a great product.

My speakers on my pc at home are Altec Lansing so I thought this would be a good product. The battery life is short, the price is high, the size is small, the distortion is present, and sound only in one direction. I returned this due to a constant static noise that I just couldn't ignore after a week. I purchased the UE Boom 2 and it's the best in my opinion.
