    Can’t fix risky problem

    I first loved them for an hour until this happened, I like normally connected the earbuds to my phone and they won’t be connected for more than 30 seconds. I tried to hard reset it a few times still never worked. I can’t find a single video showing how to solve the problem and I can’t return these. I’m assuming no one else is dealing with this problem due to no videos. If anybody found a way to solve this problem please share.

    2 stars from me because of a couple of reasons. The first being the sound fidelity. It is decent for the price, and the NanoBuds fit very well in the ear and are comfortable given their size. Apart from that they are just not good with connectivity, if u purchase these be ready for a lot of bluetooth signal loss which ruins the listening experience.

    These really are not worth rating. The right does not work or sync with the left for over a minute. Customer service is overseas and have crappy connection. Customer service was worthless.
