Then when contacted the company requests went ignored from altec and bestbuy. Not good for such an expensive speaker.

My Laptop Speakers produce better sound

While the sound seems louder, it was not better quality. For a $300.00 speaker I expected much better than the sound I got from this device especially from Altec Lansing.

Have smaller versions larger was a disappointment

Ended up returning both units because if there is no way to reset then I will be stuck with a second one at some point that may freeze as well. Couldn’t pair them or pair to phone and literally it was the first day of purchase. The smaller versions are great and have bought many of them for friends and family as gifts but I was let down on volume and quality on the lifejacket version. Dissapointed as they usually are a great product.
