The only quality I love about the speaker is that you could connect more than one speaker Play the same music at the same time that's the best part by anything else connected to Alexa is very difficult especially with the voice activated

The volume goes up very loud An it also has Alexa build inside you can play from your Bluetooth or speak threw your alexa it she will play your song. A good thing to have is wifi

Won’t Connect to WiFi

I called customer service several times, emailed them, and tweeted them. All until the last time, they essentially told me that it wouldn’t connect because I wasn’t following the directions. But I was. They eventually admitted that the app didn’t work (turns out that’s well documented), but promised it would be fixed by a certain date. It wasn’t fixed and it still hasn’t been updated even today. I returned this item and will likely never purchase another Altec Lansing product again.
