Will not connect to the internet or to Alexa. Tech support was NO help. It is good for Bluetooth music played on my phone. Very disappointing overall.

I used this while working on a farm, dropped it a full story by accident, not even a scratch on it

I have a few Alexa devices and I connect a shower speaker to them for Pandora in the bathroom. It works ok, but I really thought this would be a better solution to have Alexa built in. After fighting with the app, calling in the Don’t return, we’re here to help” number, and trying numerous different devices, I finally got this on my Wi-if. Once connected there were more obstacles. Pandora is not supported at all on this device, it’s completely blocked. Also it has an extremely difficult time sluggishly processing voice commands that work fine with actual Alexa devices. Sometimes a different voice comes on and says it’s “having trouble understanding things right now”. I feel like there’s a 3rd party voice interpreter causing problems. In all, I really regret setting aside time to call in for tech support. That was not a good experience, and I should have just returned it when I had the chance. I guess I’ll just consider it a plain overpriced Bluetooth speaker at this point. For that purpose it seems pretty rugged and sounds ok. I feel really sorry for anybody that paid the original $129 price.

Bought this to connect to the rest of my Alexa devices, but it will not play music "Everywhere". Returned and got my money back.

I found it on sale, less than half price. Really good sound quality, if that wasn't enough it has Alexa

I was excited about this! However, the app is horrible. The speaker while designed well, sucks. It won’t connect to my iPhone. Dont buy.

Bought as Christmas gifts, have not tried except at store.

The speaker was too big. Didn't connect right away to wifi. Just not a great experience with it.

It has great sound quality. The base really booms for being such a small speaker.

Had to return was unable to achieve WiFi connection but sound on Bluetooth was great

Its a little larger than the echo 3rd generation but my daughter loves it.

As of 11/26/2018 This item is useless unless you need bluetooth. The only way this device currently plays music is through bluetooth. If you ask alexa to play music from your amazon music library it will say ok, playing music from your library, but yet no music plays. If you say alexa, play radio from pandora, it says, sorry pandora is not supported on this device. If you say play siriux xm it says sorry sirius xm is not supported on this device. If you say play spotify it says something to the tune of you must connect to bluetooth to use spotify, and then when you connect to bluetooth to use spotify you lose all voice control. So currently as of 11/28/2018 no music features via voice control work. Only bluetooth works.

Could not get the speaker to connect to WiFi. Called tech support and was told to call our internet provider. Called internet provider and was told to call the router manufacturer. Gave up after 2 days of calls and frustration so will be driving it 40 miles to return it at the nearest store.
