Great my granddaughter loves it. Extremely Durable. Clean Sound.

As others have mentioned poor Alexa voice control. You need TWO phone apps (????) the Versa app and the Versa "bridge". Versa bridge app says product has a firmware update but despite repeated attempts will not update firmware. Finally, the Alexa on board doesn't recognize SiriusXM. The only reason we bought it was the rugged water and dust proof rating and Alexa integration so we could listen to SiriusXM at the pool without taking a phone. Without that working it's a glorified bluetooth speaker, and I have enough of those already. Going back.

Great speaker, Good sound long charge time and can take a knock.

I don't know if this works with Android, but it definitely doesn't work with IOS. To get Alexa set up, you have to connect the speaker to your WIFI using an app called VersA Bridge. If you look at the reviews for that app on the app store you can see that a number of people were having the exact same problem - they couldn't connect the speaker to their WIFI. Some of them said they contacted technical support and were told that it was a known issue and that a fix for the app would be released in 48 hours. This was back in December and it's now mid-March. At this point WIFI didn't work, but Bluetooth did. Best Buy already gave me an almost 50% discount on this speaker, so I was thinking about keeping it since I was really looking for a Bluetooth speaker anyway. But I read in the manual that if you're having trouble connecting to WIFI, you can reset it by pressing the + and - volume buttons at the same time. This should cause it to reset back to factory settings, so I did that - and now Bluetooth no longer works, so the device is effectively a brick. This is really disappointing because it looks like an otherwise decent product. Anyway, I'm going to have to return it to the store and try something else.

Well, my husband is in love with this!! Hahaha, he dj's so that makes this little thing impressive! We used it in our backyard with all the kids, and it played clear!! Even when my granddaughter thought it would be funny to stand over it with wet hair from the pool... it still works great!

Very good sounding speaker, for it's size. Wonderful and powerful little speaker.

I have owned several Altec Lansing products and have always been happy until now It never worked... and you can not reboot it You have to let the battery run down and then start over I’ve done it twice and still won’t work I would never recommend it design flaws and if you go online everyone takes about it

Great product, small, but sounds great. Price was right and was delivered as stated. I am going to buy another for a gift.

I love it! It even has some bass! At this size that is amazing. When it's playing and you hold it, you can feel strong vibrations from the bass.

Annoyed first off that only a quick start guide was included. Didn't even have the barcodes to find the apps you need. I had to go online and find the full manual. Found out about the two apps I need to get it connected and working... Then it's not working. Seems to be connected fine, Alexa is playing my music but nothing from the speaker. Waste of time. Maybe Bluetooth works but I don't need another BT speaker.

I bought this and am horribly disappointed. It will not connect to WiFi. I have tried multiple times. I was able to connect all my Alexa products but not able to connect this product.

Ridiculously convenient! I even used it in the shower just because I could. So easy.

Nothing but problems since I bought it. I have to restart the device on a regular basis. Voice response activates without prompting. Can't play music for more than a few minutes before it stops and has to be restarted again. Loses connectivity on a regular basis. Have to restart it to get it to respond regularly. Would not recommend purchasing.
