This looked like an awesome product with both internal and external memory. It even has a remote control. It is a great size as well. However, after loading a USB and turning the frame on, it only displayed pictures for approximately 48 hours before it went blank. We were unable to restore the display, even after confirming that it was getting power. Cannot return to store as it is beyond return date. Will have to deal with Aluratek - haven't tried yet. Will not purchase another of these as we had planned to do as a gift!

Gifted this to our friend who had recently gave birth. She displays all her baby pictures on it and it’s cool since it shuffles them. Like having a traditional picture frame but ever changing lol, upload via usb or memory chip.

Bought this for my mom. She lvest. She didn't have to chose which pictures to have out.

I bought this digital picture frame for my 80 year old mother. It was easy to load the pictures once I figured out how to do it. The pictures displayed nicely and it was easy enpugh for my mom to use. The only downside was I wish you didn’t change between pictures and videos.

Was very easy to set up. Holds a lot of pictures in memory but we put a bigger memory stick in the USB to show our pictures and it works great picture looks good to.

I got this as a present for my mom for Christmas. It was a good price, nice size screen, and easy to use. I purchased a good capacity SD card and loaded a ton of pictures on it for her... then I had to spend hours removing hundreds of them because the orientation could not be permanently adjusted.

Was a gift for my mother in law. Very easy to set up and use. Has multiple settings to view pics. I love the calendar feature which allows you to have a picture on half the screen and a calendar and the time on the other. The remote is a nice feature.

Most pictures loaded and displayed nicely. A few pictures wouldn't load, went to the Aluratek website and found the way to correct it. The resolution of the pictures wasn't right, was easy to fix. My elderly mother is loving it!

We bought one of these and love it so much we got another! It’s simple to load and personalize the settings. One of the frames is used just for pictures of the grandkids’ artwork. Everything’s on display but no refrigerator clutter!

Easy to use, screen quality just OK. I would totally buy again. Looks nice on the desk.

When our previous digital picture frame failed after years of use my wife insisted on replacing it. This new product was reasonably priced and we have had Aluratek frames before therefore we bought another one. The setup was a slight challenge getting the picture sizing etc suitable. The instructions could have been better. Now that it's working, she loves it.

For the price range on this, the interface and setup was a lot easier than some other digital frames that I’ve had, which were a mess. No especially great features but a decent product with a lot of onboard storage and fairly easy setup for the price tier.

This is very user friendly and the instructions are spot on. Highly recommend.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my wife (who loves family pictures). She loves it! It's really easy to use (even for a non-tech person). The remote makes it super easy to use and allows you to plug USB and other external media cards directly into the back of the frame. The frame has a built-in stand (which is where all the functional buttons and USB and card slots are located). I like the fact it has a built-in stand, one less thing that could break or fall off.

Easy to setup. Clear view. Fun for guests. Small in size. Love this product

This is a very nice product. Very easy to transfer videos/photos onto the device itself, and displays photos/videos in a very nice manner. More presentation options would be nice, but overall, a nice product worth a recommendation.

Unfortunately we had an unexpected death in our family and our family members wanted a frame to place pictures on for the service. I looked around and this seemed to be the best frame that was in stock and available for store pickup. The frame cycles through pictures as expected and is pretty easy to setup using on board memory--by the way, some images show 8gb, those images are wrong, this frame has 4gb--, SD card or USB stick. The screen could be better when it comes to viewing angles but it is a $60 picture frame not a $300 IPS LCD monitor so I can forgive it a little for that.

The controls/interface is clunky, not very intuituve. Other than that, the quality of the display and operation is very good. I like the slim, lightweight design

The person I gave it to said it was easy to set up. The pictures looked good. The slim design is really nice.

I was having trouble with this item as the instructions were very unclear about some of the settings. I contacted the manufacturer about the problem I was having and they were not helpful at all. I left a negative review about this item and Best Buy replied they could resolve the issue with a replacement item or repair. The problem was the setting for the slideshow to loop and setting this to off seem to let it play continuously, setting it on on only allowed it to play once and stop, this seem to be the opposite of what it should do. Tech assistance blamed it on my photo format, etc. I was not satisfied with these results as we have used many photo frames without any problems so I returned it to Best Buy today for an exchange. To my surprise, the new unit's menu's have changed ( as in the software of the unit) to reflect new information and settings . Some of the menu information has been updated and the replacement unit seems to be working correctly now. It seems that the manufacturer may have knew about this or may have corrected this in the newer units. Best Buy representative was very good with my exchange and now very happy with this photo frame.
