Set up was much easier than a previous 'eFrame' I owned. My only complaint is the viewing angle doesn't work as well on a low table and black areas can look grey unless you're looking directly in-line. (but not bad). Videos and music have not been added, so that feature wasn't as useful.

My dad has Alzheimers, thought this would be something nice for him to keep watching to remember family. The buttons to turn on, and the remote control are all too small for elderly people to work. As long as you are young and have nimble fingers.... this is great. Not so much for senior citizens.

It's a.nice picture frame. It's very easy. You basically have a couple options for loading pictures. You can do it through your computer or you can do it through using a SD card.

I like the photo frame. works good. I just plug it in, add some pictures on a sd card and it works. wish I had ordered one a little bigger though and wish it had a mat around the picture. a mat just makes it look a little more finished. dont recall if this frame is wifi capable or has some special feature because I dont use it that way.

I bought this digital picture frame for my 80 year old mother. It was easy to load the pictures once I figured out how to do it. The pictures displayed nicely and it was easy enpugh for my mom to use. The only downside was I wish you didn’t change between pictures and videos.

works great, easy to setup. I bought this for my wife for her birthday, she thinks it is great and she is very hard to please! I loaded up all the internal memory and a partial of a memory stick to account for all our pictures. Wish the unit would alternately pick photos from both without my changing to one or the other. If I did not need to use 50 characters I would not complain about this minor detail , guess this should fulfill the requirement . Great little device

I got this as a present for my mom for Christmas. It was a good price, nice size screen, and easy to use. I purchased a good capacity SD card and loaded a ton of pictures on it for her... then I had to spend hours removing hundreds of them because the orientation could not be permanently adjusted.

Since I'm not a techie, it took a little while for me to figure out how to work the menu. The book doesn't tell you much, so it was more trial and error. With the 4g memory, the frame is currently storing about 600 photos. My interest in this particular model was a decent-sized (10") frame and memory storage so my mom wouldn't have to mess with a flash drive. Other than the appearance of the vertical pictures, which appear very small, the quality of the horizontal pictures is pretty good. I wish it had the ability to shuffle the pictures so they're more random. I had to show my mom how to use it -- she's 77 -- and she seems to like it. I told her to put the frame in her lap and enjoy because it would take most of the day to go through all of pictures. :)

Most pictures loaded and displayed nicely. A few pictures wouldn't load, went to the Aluratek website and found the way to correct it. The resolution of the pictures wasn't right, was easy to fix. My elderly mother is loving it!

Was a gift for my mother in law. Very easy to set up and use. Has multiple settings to view pics. I love the calendar feature which allows you to have a picture on half the screen and a calendar and the time on the other. The remote is a nice feature.

Quality of picture frame overall very good -- display, functionality, sleek, etc. However, it takes some finagelling to get it to work and the user guide needs improvement. Hopefully the manufacturer will see this and work on it, or offer videos. HTH

We bought one of these and love it so much we got another! It’s simple to load and personalize the settings. One of the frames is used just for pictures of the grandkids’ artwork. Everything’s on display but no refrigerator clutter!

For the price range on this, the interface and setup was a lot easier than some other digital frames that I’ve had, which were a mess. No especially great features but a decent product with a lot of onboard storage and fairly easy setup for the price tier.
