The exchange went really well. Great idea but started to go black on half of the screen

Very easy to set up and the picture quality was great. Still figuring out how to add music to the slide show, but overall very pleased with purchase.

Very nice, clear pictures. One time it froze on a picture, but for I just unplugged/replugged and it was fine after that. You can use a SD Card with it, so there's no limit to the amount of pictures you can keep on it. My only complaint is the pictures can sometimes be a little dark and harder to see from a distance. Overall, it's a great frame and I'd recommend it.

This photo frame is a good product for someone operating within a budget. The resolution isn't top-notch, nor are a few elements of its UI very user-friendly. All that said, it's decently priced, and works well on the whole.

The Aluratek 8 inch WiFi Digital Photo Frame performs very well and it is very easy to set up and get going. The features make it easy to share pictures and the display is quite nice. Quality product with low price. Highly recommended

My children had given me a Sony DPF for Christmas and the display was terrible. Skin tones had a red tint and no way to make any adjustments. Sony would not rectify or replace so I bought this Aluratek and disposed of the other one. This frame has a great display screen and it user friendly.

Good frame solid decent picture qith plenty of storage

The viewing angles on the screen are pretty limited. You need to be in front of it to see anything on the screen really. The software seems slow but overall it was easy to use. I used the USB method and it acted like a folder you can simply upload your photos and videos too. Vertical photos often do not look good on this.

I purchased this as a Xmas gift for my elderly mother. It's the perfect size, was super easy to use, and works just as advertised.

Bought this as a gift. No problems that I am aware of. Had same brand in the past and was happy with it. Only thing I was not pleased about was the delivery. Item was delivered in it's original packaging with shipping labels all over the outside. As I said, it was a gift and I would have preferred it to be shipped packed inside of a shipping box with additional protection.

The photo frame I had purchased as a gift is a great item, high quality, and easy to set it up. My wife likes it very much and highly recommend it to all other customers who are seeing for a similar present. Thanks.

Frame and wase of use is really nice. But pictures are fully visible only from one angle.

If you are just looking for something cheap to show pictures without needing great quality this will work fine for you. It is easy enough to add pictures but getting the ratio correct so they look ok can be tricky. Image quality is ok at best, but with the cheap cost its a decent buy.

Set up was much easier than a previous 'eFrame' I owned. My only complaint is the viewing angle doesn't work as well on a low table and black areas can look grey unless you're looking directly in-line. (but not bad). Videos and music have not been added, so that feature wasn't as useful.

Easy to use, remote is a little 'cheap'...so sometimes you have to press a button more than once. When you 'play' photos/videos, you have to choose one or the other. Doesn't come with instructions, so I haven't been able to customize projects...I haven't had time to search online to figure out how to use more complex stuff. Basic use is easy though.

I had one that was about 8 years old that was not very bright and quite small. This one is much brighter and twice the size of my previous one. The price was reasonable too!

The picture is crisp and the directions were easy to follow.
