Easy to use, remote is a little 'cheap'...so sometimes you have to press a button more than once. When you 'play' photos/videos, you have to choose one or the other. Doesn't come with instructions, so I haven't been able to customize projects...I haven't had time to search online to figure out how to use more complex stuff. Basic use is easy though.

The picture is crisp and the directions were easy to follow.

I got this frame for my wife as a gift. She is very happy with it (mostly due to the pictures of our kids I loaded on it) . The resolution is good, but not great. The display is plenty bright (even if you set it on a windowsill). The build quality is good, and it has proven to be quite durable surviving several drops.

This item replaced one that died and was missed. The memory of this unit is far greater than the old one. So I have been able to put in many more pictures. Pictures of my children when they were young. To now, when they aren't as young anymore. Would like to have more options that the old one had. Like scene transitions. Calendar on screen. Clock on screen. Portrait that stays portrait instead of shifting to Landscape. All in all, it was a good buy.

A very nice frame that really can be a great gift for someone who loves pictures

It's the perfect little frame with larger one's available if you want one. The price is right especially when you see some crazy prices out there. Most importantly, it was easy to load. So, it's a no brainer.

I bought this as a gift for my son and daughter in law because they were having a baby. I thought this would be a great gift so they can display the latest photos of the new baby either at home or at the office.Its easy to use and looks nice too.

This frame is just the right size for my mom who lives in a nursing home. She's able to see pictures of her family all the time. Easy to plug a flash drive in the back to keep her current on all events!

Picture quality is good. Directions on how to change settings and/or delete photos are terrible. Frame came pre-loaded with demo photos of advertising, i.e. McDonalds, Chipotle Grill, Red Robin and more. I have no way to delete them and they are in my mix of random family photos and look ridiculous. There are at least 20+ of these demo photos. When I emailed the support division of Aluratek, I did get a reply, and followed exactly what I was told to do to delete these demos, but when I reached a certain point in the instructions, the screen did not match what I was being instructed to do, so I still have the demos. I would not purchase this frame again.

I rate this Digital Photo Frame 5 stars. It has the capability of downloading videos,pictures and music. It’s very user friendly, You can download on a USB drive or chip which is inserted in the frame, The frame has a remote control. The frame can be operated by an elderly person without feeling overwhelmed and intimidated by electronics. The frame is a reasonable price. I purchased the frame for my 92 year old grandmother from out of state, who loveS it.

I love it, it’s very good compact product to gift someone and it works excellent.

Bad: Can be cumbersome to use Definitely too difficult for older individuals (my 70 year old parents) Good: Plenty of internal storage External storage options Value (even though picture quality could be better- price is great) If it were easier to use this would be a 4 star item.....if the quality were better and increased the value it would be 5 star provided the ease of use was also improved. I would buy another for the right person.

Bought this for my mom to see if pictures of her granddaughter and it has worked splendid for that. It is easy for her to operate and she really enjoys the pictures.

It's a.nice picture frame. It's very easy. You basically have a couple options for loading pictures. You can do it through your computer or you can do it through using a SD card.

This is a pretty good frame for the cost. Easy to use, Easy to make changes. I bought a total of 6 of them for an office and our company has purchased over 30 of them for various locations. The only drawback was the price changed 3 times in 10 days while we were trying to track them down at different store locations. I was to buy a couple of them while they were on sale.

I needed a photo frame for my grandmother so she can have more pictures of the family. This was perfect as she doesn’t have internet at her home. Pricing was great and it’s very easy to use. My only fault I’ve found is that I wish it was a little brighter but overall a very solid purchase!
