I am very pleased with my purchase It has all the functions that I’ve wanted and a digital photo frame and so much more I love the touchscreen and Wi-Fi features it’s so convenient for my family to send me pictures and videos from thousands of miles away and just seconds very happy shopper

I actually really l love this!! It isn’t the exact one I wanted but it’s super easy to load and remove pictures. My husband had originally got me one for Christmas and it didn’t work so well so we came back and picked out this one and I adore it! With the app it’s so easy!

It was bought as a gift but it was easy setting it up. Usage is fairly easy does tend to freeze up a little but not connected to wifi currently so that could be why.

Love this! I can display multiple photos and delete or add any time I want directly from my phone. I’m limited on display space in my small apartment so this is perfect!

Works great and easy to use great pictures and a great look in any room

The frame gives an error message every 10 or 15 minutes that cloud frame has stopped and then it quits the app. Huge pain. Started a couple weeks after I got it and Best Buy won’t let me return it.

This was a perfect gift for my wife's birthday and she is very pleased with it. It is similar to digital frames we have owned in the past (Kodak and Insignia brands). Pros: bright screen, has a timer for auto on and off, can use other media-like USB, has onboard memory, and a touch screen interface. Cons: Instructions are a little lacking, so I had a little difficulty with the initial set-up. Luckily the answers were in the customer reviews. And I wasn't used to a frame with touch screen capabilities, (previous ones had remotes) so, at first, I didn't realize how to navigate the menu. The app wasn't clear either. It probably added an extra 15 minutes to what should have been an easy set-up. But we are very pleased with it so far. It has been running for a month now, and no issues. I haven't sent the frame any pictures and I haven't used the onboard memory either. The wood frame fits in with our decor, too.

So I bought this for my girlfriend, first of all she loved it so much she cried. Good job to the makers on that one lol. The screen Is awesome the clarity is amazing and it’s very easy use. It has a lot of storage and has some pretty cool features like transitioning through photos and you can add music in the background, you can even add videos.

My wife is a very big fan of changing pitures to match her asthetic of each room. This is located in our living room and is now a staple for her designs! Its user friendly (shes not the most technically saavy), & looks great! (She light bright colors so the nice light wood color was a great pick).

Way better than just a boring picture frame. Fun to see all different types of pictures and memories. Great product we love it!

Picture quality good but purchased due to ease of use in sending photos from my phone thru app. Yet when I do, they stutter and a black screen flashes each time between them. Emailed customer service and they said it’s because my photos are too big and I need to reduce them before sending. So what’s the point of having an app to send pic thru your phone if you have to resize them to look right? Returned it.

The App is a bit clunky and not great, hopefully they improve it with an update. The color and design are nice, I do prefer the frame and App from Aura frames though.

My sister and I set this up for our grandmother on Christmas Eve. We downloaded a mobile app and scanned a QR code displayed on the frame, then we were off and running. New people can be invited to share photos by clicking a link sent by email from the app. The photos can be shared from anywhere with internet using the app. The UI felt smooth and intuitive. I didn't have any frustration with it. The frame itself has an attractive touchscreen UI with a few basic quality of life and display functions, such as a clock, on/off hours setting, music player function, photo display timer options, and photo transition animation options.

I love this digital photo frame. My sister-in-law bought it for me a few years ago and it’s perfect. All you need is Wi-Fi and a smart device. You send all your photos to it and you have all your photos on a constant replay. You can change the settings it has many different settings. You can change the speed of your pictures the contrast and everything

I love this, every family photo in my phone is now framed. Easy enough to set up and great display

Absolutely the easiest, most eye-appealing digital frame on the market. My 75+ yr old dad can work it. I can Bluetooth pics to it when visiting, or mail him thumb cards to plug in the back. The user-friendly touchscreen is a game changer.

So, what do you get a guy who has everything he wants, but lives across the country? Grandpa wants nothing but photos of his newest grandchild. And this frame is AWESOME! I set it up with the app, gave multiple family members access to to uploading photos, and everyone sends grandpa photos every year!! As long as its on and hooked up to wifi, it receives photos and scrolls through them all. He absolutely loves the frame! Uploading is so easy anyone can do it. Open app, click which pics you want and click upload. BAM - done!
