This is a great product to have. At first I didn't know anything about the Aluratek brand. It works perfectly for our needs and right now I have an 8GB SD card in the slot holding over 1500+ photos. It has some great features to change to our liking. However the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is that it would have been nice to have a remote. It is kind of awkward to have to hold the frame in your hand facing you and then continuously have to look in the back to press the correct button to get into a menu or find an option that you are looking for. Overall a 4 star rating to this item. I would recommend.

Pros: good enough pic quality, very nice frame, does include a stand. Cons: Did not read any files from USB stick until I reformatted it from NTFS to FAT32. Displays about half of the photos upside down. Their online website said this is bcuz of the orientation of your smartphone when the pictures are taken and that Windows auto corrects the rotation. I rotated the photos in windows, saved and tried again but they still appeared upside down. Following directions on Aluratek's website, I downloaded the JPEG Lossless Rotator 9.2 from Anny Studios. This download did not work (tried x64 and x32) and left a file which could not be deleted on my laptop. I realized that I could pause the slide show and rotate the pictures, but the rotation would not save and the pictures continued to be displayed upside down once the slideshow came across them again, no matter what I tried. This frame is not worth the headache! How could the rotation function for this product be overlooked! I was really hoping to get my wife this rustic wood frame display but I was unsuccessful at rotating the pictures. Therefore, I am returning this product and choosing the other $80 frame which comes with a rotation function and remote from Best Buy. Trade off is my wife will not get that rustic wood look :(

Nice design. I use for my office desk and plays all picture with good color and clarity. Only con is some of the pics are magnified or zoomed in and most are at proper scale. Not sure if it’s me or the viewer

Great quality of the display. Super easy to set up. The only thing I don't like about it is that there is no picture rotation. Any pictures that are taken in portrait orientation wil be displayed in landscape so you'll be looking at them sideways. Other than that great product

This screen is perfect for my office desk where I don’t need a WiFi connection. I plan to update photos on a monthly basis by swapping out the SD card. So far I live the picture quality and its super easy to use.

It works perfect, and it has really useful features like schedule to turn on and off.

Purchased for my mom. Was easy to download pics and figure it out. The wood case looks classy

I was looking for something for the office that didnt need to be wifi compatible. This works just fine from a usb drive or sd card and is pretty easy to just dump the files in the root folder. I was impressed with the quality shown even though the resolution of the screen is much less than the image sources. It makes it much easier to have one of these than multiple 5x7 frames

This is a nice frame and was given as a gift. The only issue is that photos can not be seen clearly from all angles. You must be standing centered in front of it. When looking straight at the screen, the quality is great.

Two things missing from this product. It should come with a free standing frame and USB stick in the box. Both I had to purchase. The pictures look good on display.

Service was excellent with sales associate. The only thing was the price we paid for frame was somewhat high. I would of thought memory card would be included. Overall friend is enjoying frame.

I purchased this frame about a year ago. We moved recently and I lost the power adapter and the frame stand. I contacted their customer service department and they helped me out. I love the frame it is perfect for my office. I would highly recommend Aluratek products.

Great Digital Frame to display any of your pictures you would like people to see without having to have a lot of frames hanging up or sitting around. Plus it keeps rotating your pictures so you never see the same picture.

The wood accents look better in person than on the app. This was a Christmas present for the kids for their dad. He loves it.

Decent picture, no auto rotate, quality is good. Wish it had better features like direct email pictures. Overall nice looking
