This was purchased as a gift. Appearance is what I expected, but will have to wait and see regarding function.

It is a nice digital frame but upright photos fet Turner sideways instead of being upright and smaller .

These were a great value. Purchased for my daughter to use for pics to run through on her wedding day. When I got it for her for Christmas she did not open it for use until June. It was broken and had small pieces in the box. Had to glue back together. Function review it ran well just a smaller area for pictures than I would have expected.

Did not work as promised. If you are going to get one of these I would suggest the best model you can find. This was probably the cheaper model and did not come with a hand held control. Not easy and would not recommend it to anyone.

This display looks nice but it shuts off a lot for no reason. I can unplug it and restart it after about a minute and it works again, but just got a few hours and it has to be unplugged again.

Half of the pictures were turned upside down. Couldn’t correct and after numerous tries I purchased a different style frame and the pictures were all correctly positioned. I return the Alurateck frame.

The LCD Screen was broken when i turned the frame on the very first time. There's a chunk of screen in the top ledt corner that's missing.

I’ve received many compliments on the look of the frame and the sharp picture. The buttons on the back feel pretty cheap and I wish there was an option to rotate a photo on the device itself. Had some issues with the frame not reading certain usb / SD cards as well. Overall I wish I was able to return it after testing for a couple weeks.

For one thing it shows it wireless, in part of the description says can be used wireless but you can not. Would have been nice if it came with a kickstand for the frame to stand up on its own but it didn't ... was returned and found a wireless one that charges and has a stand on amazon

It glitches often and gets stuck on the same picture. Not pleased at all

This frame had some prior owner photos embedded. Couldn't get them removed. NOT worth the money.

I bought two of these for my wife and I's parents this year for Christmas after we eloped in Rocky Mountain national park. We put all of the photos on SDXC 64GB memory cards. After they were opened immediately noticed the card was not recognized as we received a "No file found" message. Double checked to make sure there were no issues copying the files and they were all there. Did some reading of the user manual and it states the frame only supports up to 32GB (contradictory to their site and what BestBuy has listed). So I got a 16GB SDHC card (supposed to be supported) and copied the photos to it. Still got the No file found message. As a last ditch effort I copied the files to a USB thumb drive and am still receiving the No file found message. The pictures are in a common .JPG file type as well nothing out of the ordinary. I will be returning both frames as they are completely useless since they cannot read any of my files from the 3 different storage devices I have tried.

Looks great and works great so far i love the frame and makes it easy and efficient to view my photos
