Bought for my Mother, yes i had to set it all up for her. If you know how to work tech this device (and its app) are a breeze. This picture frame is a focal point of the living room for sure. It can be mounted and i look forward to doing that also.

I bought this as a gift for my Grandma and I think she loves it. Her dresser, desk and walls were already crowded with picture frames, so this was the perfect gift for rotating pictures. It also allows us to easily video call her. It was super easy to set up and add photos to the device. My biggest complaint would be that the quality of pictures didn’t carry over well from my iPhone to the device.

This frame is a gift for my parents who unfortunately haven’t been able to visit since quarantine began. They love pictures of their grandkid and this frame is great. It’s lightweight and doesn’t take up too much space and the image quality is great. The app to load pictures does require some patience but once you get it set up, it’s pretty easy to use.

Seems to be a really nice quality frame. I also purchased a polaroid frame for my parents for Christmas which didn’t have all of the bells and whistle‘s that this one does but was easier for older people to set up on their own. I love that this one has the weather, alarm, photos & videos - mostly I was excited about the ability to zoom or video conference with friends and family on a bigger screen than my phone without having to drag my computer into the living room. I was able to “bind” my boyfriends phone (follow the quick set up !) but unfortunately my phone did not sync with the frame. I think it was just a glitch with this particular frame and I will be exchanging for another. Will update review if it doesn’t work - otherwise I’m very happy with the product.

Awesome product! Pretty easy to set-up and use. I set it up at my home first with pictures and other items on it before shipping to my mother (senior) to just do quick set-up at her home. We love it and that we can upload files from out of state directly to her frame and also do Video Chat with her. Have recommended to many people already!

Loved it so much that I bought another. Bought for grandparent who is in a nursing home. Love sending photos and updating her device remotely. The remote app is a little glitchy, but they are working that out! I even contacted their support and they are very responsive. They were rolling out an update and let me know it would fix my issue! Great product and service!

Love the size and how easy it is to load pics and videos. Video chat is terrible. Cannot understand one another no matter the connection, user or location. Frame freezes up. When capturing a picture via usb or sd card it also captures the instruction bar in the picture. I am unable to get any support from Aluratek. It would also be good if anyone that is able to load pictures could view all pictures remotely. Don’t spend the extra money on video chat feature.

I bought it for my mom as a Mother's day gift and she loves it. It is super easy to conect to and send pictures to! Picture quality is very good and the video calling works well and is a great additional feature especially with the screen size!

Best Buy asked me to review my purchase. So far its really nice. I have just sent pictures to it. I tried to get them to fill the screen but it chopped off some of the picture. They are still nice pictures though. I have one picture that did fill the screen without me doing anything and it looks great. I think this would be especially great for a grandparent because they could leave it on and you can send pictures to it and it automatically loads the pictures (but you do have to set people up for it to accept pictures from them, which is an easy step.)

It works fine, but seems a low quality for the price. The app that goes with it could be better. Mainly purchased for sharing photos and the slide show. My parents have a similar device, different brand and everyone that is linked to the device with the app can see the photos on the device. I wish this one had that. Would probably buy the one my parents have (Aura) over this one for about the same price if I were to purchase another.

Was extremely easy to set up and the other family members had no problem getting the app, setting their side up, and sending pictures. Mom in the nursing home loves seeing the pictures!

Let me start off by saying that this has a very nice large screen with great picture quality. I already loaded pictures up on it and they look great. I just bought it as a gift for my parents as we need an easy way to communicate with them long distance. It was incredibly easy to set up, took less than 5 minutes. We downloaded the app on our phone and that was easy to set up as well. Sound quality is great. We are so excited to have such a great tool to communicate with them.

One of the best gifts I've given my mom in 34 years (other than being born). We can surprise her any time with new photos, she hears a ding when new photos are uploaded and will wait and watch to see what her crazy grand daughter is up to now. It was a little confusing for set up, as we were not there when she set it up and she had to send information, verify the connection etc. But once set up, I could easily upload photos from my phone or email them from my computer where my older photos are stored.

Can add photo from pretty much anywhere via its app. Sent link to family in another state and they can send pictures and videos directly to frame for all the family to see.

very easy to set up and use. great picture. have not used "Video Chat" feature and probably never will.

It was a gift to my sister. She loves it because she can have it on her desk and see her granddaughter all day.
