Purchased for a graduation present. It was very well received. Has already been loaded with pictures and is being enjoyed by many more than just graduate.

I've wanted a digital photo frame to display my family photos since we've long gotten away from the old traditional photo albums, and this filled the ticket! It was very easy to set up, the pictures look good, the different display options are nice. It would be nicer if the frame wasn't plastic, wood would look better, but it suits my needs nicely.

I bought this as a father's day present for my dad who takes photos as a hobby, and this is a larger frame to show off his pictures. Wonderful quality pictures.

Several functions did not work at all, even after receiving tech assist from Aluratek. Possibly just this model was defective, but I would not rely on this brand again.

I had high expectations for this. I played with the settings but could not get my pictures to look right. The color was flat and when I adjusted the display settings to fix the color, other aspects of the picture didn't look as expected. I am returning today and hope to find a better quality frame of the same size. The features were good, if you can accept the not so great image quality.

My first 12" Aluratek frame whet bad in less than one year. It was most challenging to get Tech Support in Irvine to be responsive to this issue. Several phone calls and documentation later, in all, it took over 3 weeks to have them issue a return authorization. The replacement took another 2 weeks, and it was defective: Unless you were right in front of the frame, not up/ down/ left/ or right, that was the ONLY place where the image was visible. Otherwise, the image was dark, or out of focus. I advised Tech Support of this problem, and told them I researched this frame, and as far back as 2013, people have complained about this issue. Only then did they bother to check inventory and discover that they have a quantity of defective frames. They did go through their inventory, at my request, to "test" any frame before they re shipped it to me. The fame has arrived, and it seems to work OK, for now. My take on this company: needs MUCH better customer service, and needs to pay attention to the reviews and fix the problems in manufacturing that plague this product. I would not pay $100 for this product; there are so many other choice around. If I have any additional issues with this product, I will be back on this site again with an update.

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! it turned on the first time and it was working properly and i was uploading the pictures. but after the upload was complete i turned it off and when i turned it back on the screen was white and wouldnt show anything on the screen. the screen was jumping and it turned on once properly but not after that. going to return this week.

Life term is only 10 month. Even though this is still under warranty, Aluratek customer service ignored my request.
