Purchased the photo frame but product would not automatically turn on or off as selected in the menu. After several attempts and contacting the manufacturer's product support, they offered to replace the product; however, return shipping was at my expense. They returned a remanufactured product to me with a broken frame stand. After receiving a replacement stand for the remanufactured product and setting all functions, the product had the same faults as the original product.

Nice picture Nice aspect ratio for 16x9 landscape photos. For me 16x9 is a must (this may be a drawback for some people). Starts over at same picture every time you power down or return from the menu! Very hard to go back a few pics or pause. Will hang if you go back too far, or too fast. Lettering on remote is very small, and poorly organized...you'll need your reading glasses. Exceptionally slow to navigate to a particular picture using the thumbnails screen...don't even try. Won't play videos and images together. You have to do one or the other. Many video files fail to play due to unsupported format, or when the resolution is too high. When this happens the device returns to the menu and hangs.

This is Aluratek 14 digital frame is garbage. It is not best buys’ fault but obviously the maker. This large frame is really nice looking but there is no transition between photos in the slideshow. Jerky, inconsistent. Garbage. Even the ‘timing’ of 5 second display does not really work properly. Sometimes the image shows for a mere second only to show up again. What an incredible disappointment. I cannot suggest the investment. I am returning for full refund. What a shame. I was looking forward to this product to display my photographs.

This Frame is very slim and has a very nice picture to it. I really like the features built in that allow me to choose between slideshow pictures, music or videos. I also like the fact that the speakers are built in especially to listen to music during my slideshows. The remote control is very responsive and the frame itself looks great on my desk. I haven't had any issues yet but will update if I do for sure.

No matter what i did every picture was distorted. Half of the pictures turned green when they came up... I'll be returning it to the store after fighting with it for a week now.
