The camera zoom did not function and it a bit bulky for a webcam. I had to return for my money back. I ended up going with another webcam. Maybe you would have better luck with it than I.

The only thing missing was the auto zoom b/c you have to zoom in manually with the button. Also, it would've been nice if the cover was built in and not something you stick to the camera. Another thing was the zoom did not stay set once. Overall good for the price.

Images accentuate wrinkles

It captures things like wrinkles - the Best Buy sales rep had told me that sometimes we don’t want as high a definition for video calls :). I was looking for a video conferencing camera for day to day video calls.

Good webcam - Phone battery bribe denied

No real complaints except that they say the will send you a free phone battery if you rate it 5 stars. There's no webcam software that I know of and the buttons on the webcam are not very clear. 4 stars because I just want you to know that I didn't take their phone battery bribe.
