Awesome Webcam! I would like to thank the company for this product. One, it was the only Webcam available during the beginning of the pandemic. I was initially worried about my purchase because it was so inexpensive for a 4k Webcam, not anymore.

This was the only camera I could find that is compatible with my Sony smart TV, and while not many of the apps can use a USB camera all of those apps were able to use this one

Best investment I have made. Excellent camera works well in dim lighting. Using this device one is able to use the Zoom background/filter setting. Would recommend purchasing this device for Conference calls and Zoom meeting.

Love the sleek look and functionality of he unit. Clear even in low light allows for remote video in a dark space. Works with all the programs and was instantly found and main/best option.

I wasn't familiar with the brand, but I am glad I listened to the BestBuy rep. It has worked much better than the Logitech I purchased before this.

Great video quality. Has a feature that allows you to zoom in without greatly compromising resolution.

Our church purchased this web cam so we could stream our Sunday services. What a welcomed addition to keep our shut in members apart of our congregation. Now they don't feel like they are missing a thing.

Works well and as advertised. I’m using it with Microsoft Teams and it works seamlessly and required very minimal setup. Would be happy to recommend this product.

Do not buy this webcam. A few problems: 1. It's a USB 2.0 device, what laptops have USB 2.0 ports nowadays so I had to use a USB-C -> USB adapter. 2. After hooking it up the image quality was awful. This camera is either broken or they are flat out lying when they say it's great for low light. My FaceTime HD camera had better image quality and brightness. 3. All the reviews for this camera and probably all their products are bogus. I posted a review similar to this on their site and within minutes it was taken down. In short, don't trust this manufacturer and don't get suckered like I did.

Not bad for just video call. Using a webcam for calling.

Decent clarity. Zoom is done in steps, not a smooth in or out, but it is a very handy feature.

The camera says there is a microphone but customers can not hear me. When I plug my headset in I can not hear them.

I'm really impress with the webcam even though many of the webcams were out of stock. For the price of the camera is worth the price and it does the job I intended to use it for live streaming.

Great webcam . I love the clear vivid picture that it has. The 5x Zoom feature is phenomenal I don’t have to be so close to my monitor all day. Very user friendly all you have to do is plug and use.

Very good quality. Worked instantly when connected to Dell laptop running windows 10 The mounting bracket can grab over my quite thick curved monitor, and also fold as a table stand.
