Kinda disappointed. It doesn’t auto zoom which I thought is a regular feature coming from Logitech Web Cams. So when you try to show something on a piece of paper or the phone it is blurry, closer to the camera. With 4k I hoped for more detail but all you get is a larger view without added detail. Honestly, a 1080p (FHD) is completely sufficient, no need for 4k. It seems to be a hype these days. At that price point I definitely expected more.

I bought this with high hopes. An affordable 4k webcam with decent reviews? Sounded great. It's great, some of the time. The rest of it was unreliable and poor quality. For video quality - unlike some of the other reviews, I was using it in a very well-lit office. For most parts of the working day, it would appear wavy on my Microsoft Teams calls. Also would on other platforms as well (Zoom, Google). For performance - it would consistently lag. I had numerous times where I had to switch off to my computer webcam because it was more reliable. For Audio - I was told numerous times that the audio on my standard computer laptop and microphone was better. Support - I contacted their support and they said it was probably defective and to return it. I did. What was good: - Form factor was nice. One of the best looking ones on the market in my opinion - Setup was pretty easy. There's not real settings on this thing so You're kind of good to go out of the box. - Support was helpful and prompt, just wasn't able to solve my problem. For reference. I was running it through a Lenovo T480 laptop with an i7 processor and a Plugable usb-c docking station. Mostly ran on Teams, but some other platforms. Was definitely not a processing power problem.

Camera is good. Only complain is controls for zooming and pan.

debating on returning, I am yet to get answer from the company as to why the image appears too dark to see vs my Mac stock camera. so im 50/50

Great price for the product. Unfortunately I had compared this model with the Logi HD 1080p and the picture/image quality did come out very clear.

Video is mediocre and has no software support. Audio is subpar with a rain barrel tone. Barely adequate compared to other higher rated webcams also sold by Best Buy.

Bought it during the pandemic for the church. It was okay but I prefer other better brands
