The cord that came with the camera I ordered was defective. When I used my own cord, I found the camera to not be any more quality than my $25 microsoft external webcam I've been using for the past year. I used it once for a skype call and the microphone quality was terrible and had a weird interference. Because of the faulty cord, I returned the camera. I was not impressed with the quality or the functionality, especially for the price.

Suited for desktop use, not really pleased with my desire to use for recording activities at 5 to 20 feet. Didn't work as hoped.

Camera resolution is good. But, need external lighting as the camera was performing poorly in low lights. Had to return it finally.

Really dark picture and couldn’t get it to produce 4K quality using a Surface Book and 4K LG monitor. Returned.

The price and the quality is imbalanced, this item is the worst thing I have bought all 2021. Wish I would have kept my 1080p webcam

I purchased this camera to have a more professional picture while interviewing potential employees, but after comparison with the built-in camera on my MacBook, I found that my MacBook Pro camera was superior in just about every way. Both the color and picture quality were better on my laptop. Not worth it if your computer camera is anywhere near decent.

The quality isn't better than some 1080p cameras that logitech makes. Plus 30 frames is jittery, 60 frames should be the standard. It's pricey for the poor performance, bad low light and the clarity of the output is poor. Wouldn't suggest buying this, just stick with logitech. I should have just paid the extra premium and not I have a web that doesn't even perform as good as logitech 720p webcam. Two thumbs down....=(

It's no Logitech. I took it back . It does what it says but I needed the zoom features and other gadgets of the Logitech.

Camera had issues straight out the box. Would recommend the Razer camera over this one.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but the quality of the camera is just like a regular webcam and not 4k.

Had to return because zoom button did not work. I tried contacting vendor to give them a chance to fix the wrong before I return the camera and post a negative review. I followed up with them 3 times, but they never responded after 3 weeks. I was forced to return camera.

I really didn’t like this webcam. Every time I used it on zoom and teams it made my image look very dark. The HD doesn’t work nicely enough. I like that it zooms but that’s a about it. It also freezes frame and I have to unplug and plug back in. Meanwhile, I’m missing the whole meeting. It’s bad so I returned it. Not worth it.

Bad sound. Died after 5 months. Sounded like i was underwater.

This is not a good investment. The picture was always very dark unless you're right up in front of the camera (which defeated the purpose of having a stand alone webcam). I wouldn't recommend this for anything but a well lit, office situation, and even then it's questionable.

Didn’t shoot in 4K, and the audio sounded like I was in the ocean. I understand why stock was completely full at the store. No point in paying the extra one hundred dollars for this.

The video quality is low light is horrible. I bought it to replace my Xbox one Kinect that I use as a camera. I instantly regretted it. I returned this product.

The camera worked great for a few months (on both a 2018 MacBook Pro and a MacBook Pro M1) and now I can't get any power to the device no matter which cable or port I use.
