This is a great digital photo frame for someone looking for something that is not too expensive but still displays your digital photos nicely. It is very lightweight. Wish it had a longer power cord. Also, the control buttons are on the back, which is nice once you get everything set up (so it is hidden from view), but it was annoying figuring out which buttons to push.

The instructions were not helpful. It did not even identify the power button. Did not match the buttons on the product. Unable to figure out how to manage the photos on the device. Tried following instructions regarding this topic without success as it appeared to be missing information. Followed the instructions to delete photos from the device that were no longer on the the memory card but they kept showing up. Navigation not easy. Picture quality ok but not great. Few options for how to display the pictures and in what order. Power cord too short. No battery option to view the frame without the power cord. Had this not been a gift for someone who will never have the need to do anything other than view it, I would have taken it back.

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter on her 50th birthday. I had scanned and put together photos of her from birth until now. But I had some problems with getting some of the photos to show up on the frame, and in chronological order. One of the reviews stated to save it as a jpg (which it already was), but it helped to save as. I also emailed customer support and the gentleman was so helpful. He had mentioned and I found that by placing all the photos into a folder, it kept them in the order I wanted them to be. So I would definitely recommend this. My daughter loved it.

I wanted to get a nice gift without spending a lot of money. This is the product. Great quality and works with a 64gig flash drive. Worked as expected right out of the box and was easy to use and setup. I was concerned that it wouldn’t work with a 64gig, as the product doesn’t have that info listed; or it’s not found easily. Mom was thrilled and it’s another great product brought to you by BestBuy. Simple to setup, easy to use, worked as expected, didn’t break the bank.

This picture frame is easy to use. Simply insert your USB and choose how you want your pictures to be displayed. Pictures are crisp, and I am very much satisfied with my product.

Easy to load photos. Occationally it sticks on a photo longer than the rest of the photos

With an SD card I uploaded 150 photos and plugged in camera frame. It worked and does a slideshow. Very cool and 7 inch screen is big enough

Bought this for my mom for mother's day and she ABSOLUTELY loved it. She posted it in her office and has it constantly scrolling pictures of her one and only grandson. Definitely a great product for a lower price and works wonderfully! So easy to use.

I purchased the frame as a gift and it was a hit! I set the frame up with over 100 photos; which was very easy to do, and was able to show my Aunt the bases; on, off, and speed; that was also easy, she loves it!

I ordered 2 of these digital frames as gifts. I loaded the pics on a usb pen drive (purchased separately). Set up was super easy and the gifts were a hit! Would definitely buy again!
