I feel like the set-up instructions could have been better, but we got through it. Once set up it’s exactly what you need for the non-techie person in your life. Set it up and everybody can send them photos. There are a lot of other more expensive ones out there, but this does the same job.

This was purchased as a Christmas present for a non-tech savvy relative. I set it up for them before it was given and it has been absolutely amazing that I can send new additional pictures and videos straight to the frame for her to see without having to worry about her doing anything to have new photos of loved ones. The app is so easy to use that as soon as it's on sale again, I will be buying one for myself!

The frame is easy to transfer pictures to. There is an app that is used to add the pictures and the frame then cycles through the pictures that are on it. Picture quality is good. Pleased with the purchase.

The quality of the photo frame itself is fine. Pictures look good on it. 2 issues: 1. It only works when plugged into the wall - batteries isn't an option. The chord is so unsightly. If it was battery powered I'd probably like this thing. but since it's not I truly don't like it at all. 2. To make it work you first need to install an app on your phone which is a pain. The instructions aren't intuitive. In fact, I found typos in the instructions. Did they not do spell check before publishing?

Purchased as gift for my mother. Set up was a little bumpy, but once it was done sending pics is easy. I can now pull pics from my camera roll and send them to her frame. When she gets home it is now part of the frames scrolling. And you can link multiple people so her grandkids can also send pics.

Bought this for my mom for her birthday. She enjoys getting pictures from my family. Set up wasn’t too complicated, and it’s so cool that I can update her frame from miles and miles away with a new picture from my family. The pictures look so good, and the many features of this frame make it a must buy

Took only minutes from open to viewing pictures. Love the ease of transfer from phone to frame and that kids can surprise us with new pictures via wifi.

Really cool digital frame. Easy to set up and easy to use on the app. I wish it was battery powered rather than being connected to the wall outlet. Still a great product through.

purchased as a christmas gift. nice picture, clear screen, user friendly app. it uses the 8GB internal memory as default for location to show pictures from, you cannot change this, only thing the sdhc or usb does is allow you to transfer pics to the internal memory, it will NOT display pics from these locations.

This frame was easy to set up with the addition of phone app. Small enough to sit on mantel to see all favorite pictures from my recent trip. Love this frame!

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my 19 yr old nephew, who lost both his mother and father in a year's time. I opened it and pre-loaded it with photos of his mom and dad and other family members, both past and present. I also added a video of his father playing in his band. So I know it is easy to add files, and looks great!

I purchased this frame as a gift for my mother-in-law for mother's day, and then she had given me the same exact thing. We are both very pleased with the ease of set up and how we can share photos from the entire family and enjoy them even though we live far away from each other.
