Had the hardest time getting it set up. And the hardest part is if your phone is in dark mode the information you type while trying to setup your account does not show up. Once I got it set up it has been working great.

Just like with anything, take the time to read the step by step instructions and set up is a breeze. Got it for my mom for Mother’s Day and now we are able to upload baby photos from our home to her frame.

This is one of the best gifts I ever got my mom! We had a baby in 2020 and it's been hard to see family as much as we want. So we got this for my mom and put a ton of pictures on it. She always chats us when she sees the new pictures and it's a surprise for her that they show up randomly! It can also do video, which is awesome!

It’s a little bit tricky to get it all set up but once you do that, it works super easy. Family members can also add photos via internet connection and a phone app. Bought it for my parents so that they can see pics of the grand kids who live in 3 totally different places from them.

I'm glad I opened this up and spent time setting it up before giving it as a gift to my non-technical mom. It's not, in my opinion, an easy product to setup, but it did its job in getting a happy reaction. I do wish it handled picture orientation better than it does, but perhaps the higher-end versions do.
