Good item/ bought as a gift and the receiving person loved.

Brought this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it!!

Such a great gift for someone you don’t know. Lolz

Screen was damaged when opened but didn't notice till I turned it on. Looks and feels cheaply made. Also noticed that it is hard to get a memory card in and out of it. Returned it!

I have bought 2 product as a gift to my friends who came from outside US. 1 is working and the other one is completely not able to on. I do not know how to return or is there any other option like international support available. I have tried contacting best buy support team through phone automated voice system get some question and routes to manual agent but it says currently no one is available to pickup. I would suggest not to buy this product for gift to friends.

Don’t buy Everything about this product is bad. Pictures come out super stretched out and the only way to navigate through the settings is with a little tiny cheap remote which never works. So since that little remote hardly ever works you cant update any of the settings. Save your money and buy one of these where you can change settings and upload pictures with a phone app. You can thank me later

Either would stretch the photo or would create an odd duplicate photo. Not worth the price

Did not turn on. Put in February and opened package in April to load pictures for a Mother’s Day gift and would not work at all. Contacted Best Buy for a return and they stated I could not return, only get balayage warranty. Would not recommend, purchased a totally different product elsewhere.

I bought this for a Christmas gift for my grandmother so we could all do photos for her. I got it home and took it out of the box because I was going to have it charged and put my new wedding photos on it for her. I charged it all night. Nothing. Never would even turn on. I was left panicked to try and find something else last minute. Don’t waste your money!

listen i dont know why this thing has 4.9 stars but its trash. please for the love of all that is holy dont spend your hard earned money on this stupid thing and go print a real photo. its easier to use.

The price was good. But the product was not. The pics that we downloaded were reduced in size, grainy and stretched. We returned and got my money back.

Bought it to give as a gift, they just opened it up and it does not work and of course it is outside of the return window

Didn’t work when unboxed plan to return it for something functional

Stopped working after 1 month! Don’t waste your money!

Work as design was easy to put photos on and picked them up right away.

The quality of this product is really nice and it functions as designed.
