This is not of very good product and has linitations on type of file it displays, this limitation most affects the video. The remote sensor is also not good. Conclusion: Better to buy from another brand.

Great design and features. The picture quality is great. Disappointed the SD reader does not access high speed chips.

it does what it is suppose to. much larger than I thought it would be. different options are nice, but sill a little pricey.

NONE OF CURRENT 10" FRAMES ARE AS TALL AS MY PREVIOUS OWNED DISPLAY. HAD TO CHOSE THIS 15" FRAME TO GET A REASONABLE PICTURE WITHOUT AN OVERWHELMING PHYSICAL PRESENCE.

I did not like the resolution at all. I returned this product.

Poor quality. 2 out of 3 i ordered wouldn't power on without pressing power button multiple times. Appears to be a technical problem with the unit.

It sounded too great, photos and movies! 90% of the photos did not work, you have to "Open" them in Microsoft Paint and "Save" them. Then 75% did not work. You have to "Open" them in Microsoft Paint and "Save As" them, then overwrite the file, then remove transparency. Now they all worked. None of the videos play. They HAVE to be .avi with the XVID video codec, less than 24 fps not 25 or more, and less than 720X576 or 640X360. Aluratek says recommended, I think they mean mandatory. The first video converter sight they recommend, BRANDS your video and you spend more time looking at the branding than your video when played back on the computer. The second one was blocked by my ISP as a malicious sight. The third one you have to pay for. Expect to PAY for a video converter if you want see standard videos play! NO VIDEOS HAVE WORKED YET. Not GoPro, Facebook or cell phone camera friendly, everything that works just fine in these devices or social media, did not work in this digital photo frame.

I got this for Christmas and I loved the picture quality but you can't turn the pictures so even though I turn them the right way on my computer they are sideways on the picture frame. Also the pictures just keep freezing up so I have to constantly have to reset it. So disappointed!!! I wish I could return it but it is passed the return period.
