I installed this unit for a customer that had a legacy stereo system and wanted to play music from their phone's playlist. The installation and setup was easy. The problem that I had with the unit out of the box was that it does not come with a power supply. It's the 5 volt plug that you connect your phone's power cable to. It had the power cable and the other cables that I needed to connect to the stereo but no power adapter. I ended up borrowing my customer's power adapter to get it working. Not sure why this cheap component was not included. Blue tooth range was adequate for our needs. about 30-35ft through a wall.

I use this to get my iPod's Bluetooth signal to my old school Sony boombox. Lasts for my entire shift on one charge, and easy to use.

Purchased this one from Bestbuy to replace another obtained from a different vendor. Attached to TV and got very clear sound without any noticeable background noise as experienced from the previous one. Only reason not 5 star is occasional disconnection when more than 15 feet away.

Easy to set up and use. Now I can broadcast podcasts and music from my phone to my vintage FM tuner and listen to them on my high quality speakers, I should have bought this years ago.

This Aluratek Bluetooth audio transmitter/receiver connected to a Linkfor DAC Audio Converter receiving audio from my Samsung TV via the optical audio port has finally given me the ability to use my Bose earbuds! I have noticed some slight static on the left earbud at times, hence the not perfect rating.

The product basically does what it says very well battery life probably in the 8 to 10 hours depending on what you’re using

I guess I didn't look into it fully before I bought it. I was hoping it would transmit and receive at the same time, but alas, it does not. It says so on the box, but I missed it when reading it. Still, it works exactly as it says it does in the box.

One vehicle I own has an audio jack I use to plug my phone into for music. From constantly plugging and unplugging the phone, the input on the phone was no longer making a good connection. The salesperson at Best knew exactly what was needed and suggested this item. I installed it easily in the parking lot when I left the store. The sound quality is actually better than with a cable and now I can keep the phone on me instead of sitting out, physically connected.

I really like that I can connect Bluetooth headphones to my television with this product. The words and the picture don’t quite align, but it is a good solution when you need to be quiet as you watch tv.

This model is a great transmitter and receiver. After using this product, I say that it is more convenient as a receiver than it is as a transmitter. For transmitting, I have had slightly more convenience with items that come with Bluetooth 4.1. This has Bluetooth 4.0.

Design is simple and efficient. Great range non obtrusive size makes it manageable and hidable.

Small package big performance! This little gadget has allowed my new TV to have its sound come out in surround sound fashion from my wired speakers. Very pleased.

It works well as long as you don't mind the latency, which is almost a deal breaker for me. I tried using it with the headphone out on my guitar amp with my Bose Bluetooth hedphones and the latency makes it unusable for that purpose. For listening to playback from my mixer works okay.

If you use the inlcuded aux cord you may get some feedback or buzzing. Use a better quality aux cord to fix this.

Works good, i use it for my « vintage receiver but the best » to have Bluetooth . I don’t use it like a transmitter…. If you need hi-fi quality it’s probably not for you.

Many units are just a BT transmitter but this cool little gadget goes both ways, so to speak. With a small toggle switch you can change it from Recv to Transmit allowing you to use this to send BT signal from the 3.5mm jack or Revc BT signal to the 3.5mm jack. Battery life and latency seem pretty good. I am primarily using it to go from my docked Switch to my wireless earbuds, but also use to to send BT from my phone to my sound system. Works great both ways.

great for monitoring audio on a H2 Zoom easy to connect - sometimes i have to turn off numerous bluetooth devices and keep the one I'm connecting to on in order for it to connect but it's no biggie. has a slight lag time

Great product. Easy to use and set up. Small and compact.

We have grandchildren taking school classes on-line. I wanted this so I could listen to radio and TV programs in the same room during their school classes. I have not used it on the receive mode, but it works fine on the transmit mode. I have paired it with only one pair of Bluetooth earbuds, but it was easy and paired well. Just watch for the flashing blue light to stop flashing and become solid, and it is paired.
