    Unfortunately I had to return this product due to the following reasons Pictures are Grainy- does not come across very clear Poisoning of the pictures are all over the place It’s better to invest in a photo frames that auto fixes the photo ; If such a thing a exsist. Returned

    I returned it. because it could not accept the quality of video my phone recorded at. The best buy employee tried everything and said it was just not possible unless I lowered the quality of the video. NO THANKS!

    I really like this frame. I'm very impressed with the brightness and clarity of the display. My pictures really come to life during the slideshows. I also like the fact that I can view my videos and listen to slideshow music and there is a remote control. I would recommend this to a friend.

    I was looking for a decent digital picture frame as a gift that would display pictures and videos without too many bells and whistles. This frame seemed okay and received fine reviews so I bought two and they have just been horrible. It doesn't rotate pictures properly even though the image is saved right side up, it doesn't play video files, and worst of all, both frames have totally corrupted both SD cards and USB drives multiple times. I am finally throwing in the towel and trying for something else. What was meant to be a nice gift to my parents ended up being a big headache. Do not buy these frames!!!
