My lab top camera no longer worked. I had put off dealing with operation, but your techs were great! They were very Understanding, patient and knowledgeable. Plus corrected my iPad that had stopped connecting to printer...Your techs made an old lady very happy. Thank you

A Satisfactory Webcam and Microphone

It was described to me as a medium priced unit, not low end or high end. I had a bit of difficulty centering myself on my monitor but I did not work very hard on this issue as I could see myself well enough on a Google Classroom session.
