Haven't used it yet, but looking forward to Zoom connections working with the church council meeting. We were helped at the store and hope we don't need to go back for more help.

Works fine, easy to install, great for doing meetings

Picture is a little grainy, color okay good wide angle

It is okay BUT you have to remove the cover in order to turn the camera on. This is a PITB. It is especially a pain when you have it setup somewhere where touching it everytime moves the location just enough that it takes several minutes to get it make in place.

Works very well although extreme closeup in zoom if you are close to the monitor. Make adjustments in the software itself to use the wider frame to reduce the size of yoru head

Works great with the desk top computer system my son wanted. He uses it for gaming and has not had any problems with it.

Aluratek - HD 1080 Webcam with Microphone - Black Its a decent webcam for the price but I highly recommend spending a little extra and getting one with auto focus and the ring light.

I have had a mixed experience with this product but finally got it to work. It locks up if you move the camera in real time when it's displaying. I wouldn't buy it again but it's serviceable now

My son had to have a webcam for a proctored test during at-home school during the pandemic. This camera was easy to set up and works wonderfully.

Solid webcam at a great price. I usually go for more name brand but they were sold out and I decided to give this one a try. So far, very happy with it.

I bought this product as the deal was very good. Glad to buy it as it's a very good product, and is easy to use. Love it. Very useful with my kids classes and my meetings.

I purchased the family version of Microsoft Office 365. When I tried to subscribe, the web site would not function. I tried to call the store without success. Then I tried to talk to someone in the Geek Squad without success. The next day, I stumbled across an 800 number for the Geek Squad and finally spoke to a human being, who works in southern India. His accent was barely understandable. Finally, after two hours, he gave up and told me that the Microsoft web page was not working. My overall impression was that Best Buy does not provide an easy way to get answers to technical questions since no human interaction over the phone is easy. I was hugely disappointed.

I read another review saying they were having trouble using the microphone with this Webcam like I am.

Purchased for online classes. I try to put my paper up to the camera to show others and I'm constantly told that the picture is too blurry. Comes with a lens cover that can be removed. No issues when using Zoom or Teams.

We bought this for our son so he could stream while playing his video games, He seems to like it and that is good enough for me.

Works well and clear. I wish there was a way to manually edit focus from the computer rather than from the camera lens but I also haven’t looked deeply into it.

This product was very useful during the pandemic because it allowed me to meet with my team remotely.
