After I connected it I had to go to the Manufacturer website to figure out how to focus the camera. This is not listed in the instructions they give you in the box. hmm a very important piece of information. You have to twist the lens to manually focus the camera. After finally getting camera to work the audio was horrible, people on other end couldn't understand me and I couldn't even understand myself... On top of that I will complain like someone else said the images it does take are overblown, and you can't get the lighting right... Returning this to BB ... Don't waste your money.

It was working ok for the first week, then the audio wasn't working anymore, the video it's fine. We need to change the camera for a new one.

I bought 3 USB webcams and don’t really like any of them. I feel the built in camera in the MacBook far out performs this camera that has average video quality and audio that feels “tinny”

Works ok. Camera itself Doesn’t stay in place so constantly have to adjust it and tape it otherwise no matter how it’s clipped it drops down to point at the floor

Good clarity. Easy setup. Had several online meetings without any issues. Adjust and focus lens before important meetings.

Maybe the age of my laptop was part of the problem, but I couldn't get this to work without an hour worth of help from the Geek Squad. Doesn't show how it attaches to laptop either. NOT impressed

The install was p-n-p simple but the image quality was not as hoped. It's a good overall webcam for the price but it was not an upgrade over my integrated webcam so I eventually returned it.

I got a dud so i cann't say it worked well. lens just didn't function at all. At first i thought it was the PC but i tried it on my old and sister laptop and the lens just never turned on

I find it difficult to focus properly and if I was successful to focus the next time I used it I had to spend a great deal of time refocusing again

Clear picture and capture rate. Little expensive but it was the only one left on the shelf. It works better then intended.

Another product we needed for online learning. Easy to set up and provided what was required for online learning

A good product with easy setup.The clarity is good but it is hard to get the camera to stay is place. You will have to tape it to the computer to stay in place.

Build quality feels more than fine,but the video quality isn't fantastic. About what you'd expect for the value. I would personally look elsewhere when buying a webcam in the future.
