Great product for my son for school work no issues

Disappointed. Easy to set-up is the best thing I can say. The quality of my video is poor/blurry and I look like I'm in a circular-lens. There's a lens that can be turned but it doesn't do anything. There's nothing I can find in the instructions or on the internet to help me troubleshoot. I'm not even sure I should give this two Stars.

Mounts easily. Not over sized. Looks are appealing

It's webcam quality. Decent sound, decent picture.

works on a desktop. picture is grainy and had to fool around with it for a while to get it to work.

Average product. Nothing super special about it. It does the job I purchased it for.

Returned the camera. Basically you plug it in and that is it. No instructions or help. Discovered by accident the focus is a very crude manual adjustment. Whatever Windows 10 offers for camera functionality is all you get. If you want cheap with no frills, this is the camera for you.

The camera works, but the lack of Auto Focus is a major drawback.

Worthless piece of garbage. I'll NEVER buy another Aluratek product for as long as I live. Worked fine for months, then started cutting out. Now it cuts out so often, I can't use it on Zoom at all. I've uninstalled/reinstalled it, updated drivers, updated Windows, and finally Aluratek support tells me, "Based on your description, it sounds like you may have a faulty camera. Go ahead and have it replaced at the retailer." Too late to return. I'll never replace it with an Aluratek product, that's for sure.

No software to control pan, zoom and focus. Little things cause camera to go in and out of focus. Customers and co-workers in Zoom, Teams, GoToMeeting, Webex, etc. often commented on focus issues. I will donate to Goodwill this weekend because I changed to Logitech C920S.

Terrible. Didn't attach securely, privacy cover is manual, and, worst of all, the mic is a piece of crap and I could not hear my own words distinctly. I sent it back and BB is taking their sweet time refunding my wasted money.

Simple enough to set up but..........Camera would not stay focused. Had to return for replacement. (A whole other story). Second (replacement) camera's microphone did not sound properly on Zoom and will have to to return it. Will not be buying this item again.

I do not recommend this product. You get what you pay for when it comes to webcams. You had to manually focus this product and the quality was low. I had to return it a week and a half after buying it because the wire came loose and wouldn't provide an image.

This webcam isn’t worth $5. I bought this on sale for for $44, I think rafter taxes it was around $50. It is awful. It is a required for all of my proctored exams for school. However the resolution on this is so bad I couldn’t take the exam. The visibility reminded me of when cellphones first came out with a camera. I am returning this camera because it may be broken and I couldn’t use it to take my certification. Now I must wait 90 days before getting an opportunity to sit for the exam.

Well.... works just fine. Not the best quality but for what I paid is enough.

Ok item for the price....jury’s still out on the picture quality...
