I bought it for my child's school zoom meeting. The camera itself is ok. But the joint is too loose that it can't stay at the adjusted angle. I guess I will have to use a tape to fix it.

The connecting piece that held it in place came loose so now I have a floppy paperweight that doesn't really have a great picture or stay in place. Get something else.

2 stars for connecting without issue to my Big Sur M1 Mac Mini. But, if this is 1080p camera, I'm a monkey's uncle. This looks like a 1990's security camera, only with more lag.

I have used it for 2 months straight and it just stopped focusing out of nowhere. It is made out of cheap plastic.

Trash. Dont waste your time or money, with no autofocus these are known for seeming out of focus and have a blurry quality.

Video was very good. Audio was another story. Scratchy noises and was unsuitable for what I needed it for.

Was a good webcam until it stopped working 4 months ago. When troubleshooting it, foudn the driver in the webcam itself stopped for all my devices. When i reached out to the manufacturer for the replacement, i didnt get a reponse until today where they said it was now out of warranty. Of course it out of warranty, i waited 3 months with no response. Wouldnt recommend.

I returned the webcam. The picture quality was great, but could not get good, clear voice transmission.

Taking this camera back. Screw holding camera broke off almost immediately after we opened the box to install.

This was a great camera but it ran it through the x-ray machine at the airport one time and it never worked agian.

Returned almost as soon as I tried using it. Horrible focus and image quality.

Load of junk, colors are washed out, cant get it to even look remotely passable for anything other than a simple low-res skype call. and the unit itself gets HOT, just being plugged in and not used its noticebly warm. first time i used it was fine but now everything is just, blue and gross looking. i only had it for two weeks and used it once when i got it, left for work, semi driver, came back and now its just terrible.

Video quality is great, it freezes randomly during stream. Have to unplug and plug back in.

Didn't work in windows seven. I got sound no picture.

Worst webcam to purchase, in the middle of having it, it would crash and freeze at random times and after you reboot the camera and unplug and plug back in it would do the same thing again 0/10 do NOT recommend

Bought 5 of these for company use. 3 of the 5 were defective in different ways. One of the swivels was so loose you'd have to tape it in place, the second didn't work at all and the third kept freezing up. I returned all five to BestBuy for a refund that was promptly handled.

These cameras are not worth the price. They really are barely worth anything. I wish I could figure out why out of the 5 Chromebook, 3 windows laptops and 1 chromebox, why they only work on some ports. I bought two and they are slightly different, packaged like the factory was rushing to ship them. Not worth the hassle to return. Will be tossing them in the actual real garbage.

The quality of the picture is not good at all, and the microphone is not the best of quality either

Very cheaply made. When I removed the camera cover it took some other parts surrounding the lens with it. Then the picture went blurry until I put it back together and twisted some thing around that weren't meant to be twisted. Then the picture went blurry until I put it back together. Either avoid or don't use the lens cover for privacy and you may be ok.

Missed out my Return time. Pictures are not clear. Have been told that my pixels are off of something, and when people are viewing me, I look blurry. I've checked my settings, but don't see anything to resolve the issue. Doesn't have good instructions how to use it. Was a waste of $$. When I looking at my screen, the picture is fuzzy. Not a good focus.
