Aluratek 1080p? More like 720p

My logitech cam shoots higher quality footage, I don't know how the device shot video quality so poorly, I was really hoping for this to be a good one.

Piece of garbage

And when it did crash I had to close out of zoom and unplug the cam and plug it back in. And I know it’s not my computer because I updated all my drivers. I also built my pc so I know it’s not a crap pc. I would not recommend this product at all. 0-10.

Poor product design

The cord in the back of the device is not seated correctly. It pulled out the back just from gravity pulling down on the cord. It is practically useless once it pulls from the device so I don't think this is a good option.

Person on other side can’t hear me. Prior to this issue camera would not stay in place and would spin freely with no way to adjust it. Will not buy again this model nor brand. Just got off the phone and told me nothing they could do. Hello

Save your money

There is not an auto focus. I didn't think this was a bif deal until I noticed i looked like a Gumbi character with no real way to fix it. Video quality is horrible, HD yes. If you want to see terrible in HD buy this camera.

I called the 1 -800 number and that geek squad is amazing. When I try to get geek squad help locally it is like pulling teeth. The frustration is that the store hours do not work with my schedule. By the time they open my day is almost over..

I have 2 webcams hooked up for my child's zoom school crap. 1 for face and one for documents. My Logitech cam blows this thing out of the water. Spend the extra money and don't waste your time with this. If you want this cheap, I am donating to the good will.

I wasn't able to install this item successfully on my own. I thought it would've been a simple process but it just didn't work out that way for me. So I returned it and got my money back.

I am quite disappointed with this unit. If I hadn’t thrown the packaging out I would have returned it.
