This webcam is a piece of junk. I’m a teacher and this camera does NOT work well with Microsoft Teams. When I would share my screen, my camera would completely go black and I would have to reboot the computer or unplug the camera for my face to come back.

When it worked it was OK. The quality is not that great and the sound is just ok. For the price, it's not a very good camera. Even better, is it started flat-out not working recently (a little over a year after purchasing).

Had to buy a webcam to use for Zoom. This worked great for about a month. But after 2 months of not using it I tried plugging it in again to use for a meeting, and the webcam refused to power on no matter what I did. Complete waste of money.

It didnt even last me a month camera decided to not work anymore on its own... was using it as a face cam while streaming games and BAM out of the blue completely froze and never worked again I highly recommend do not buy this product.

Grandson’s gift and he had trouble getting it to work. Took it back and got another one. Same issues. There may be compatibility issues. Just be aware. Second one will be going back.

After one day of use the camera quality went down. We reached out to the Customer Service Department at Aluratek and they never responded back to us. We returned it and purchased another one. Will never buy another Aluratek product.

If I could still return it, I would. This product claims crystal clear image, but all I've gotten is feedback from every virtual call that the image is blurry. I had to get a new webcam and this just sits in a box.

I bought this at the Tigard store, on the recommendation of a very nice (and otherwise excellent) employee. It is SO GRAINY. I threw out the box so won't both to return, but that's $60 WASTED! DO NOT BUY THIS>

I got it and it was not as good. It is fuzzy and doesn't get 1080. Maybe I got a bad one. Who knows? I probably won't buy Aluratek again. I will go back to Logitech.

This camera zooms into your face and it’s not possible to zoom it out. I would just prefer to use my built in camera. Was not possible to return the product

The quality of this camera was not good at all. Everything looked like it was in slow motion and slightly blurry all the time. The light level needed was also higher then normal levels. Buy something else.

Started out great. Unfortunately this webcam now (after 4 months) shuts off in the middle of online meetings. The only way to get it back is to unplug, wait 30 secs and replug. Waste of my money.

There is a noticeable static noise during web meetings when using this device. Haven’t been as ble to figure out why. Had no problem with Logitech cams on my computer. Would not recommend these.

Terrible Camera: 1. The image is inverted, 2. The auto focus sucks 3. The quality is terrible 4. Image Blurriness will drive you crazy 5. There is no software for it so that you can adjust things.

worked well straight out the box. connection got spotty right in the middle of month 2. by the 4th month it was completely dead.

This looks good, except it starts zoomed in. Like 10x zoom or something. You have to be 10 feet away from your computer for it look “normal.” Needless to say, this is trash.

I bought this Aluratek Webcam about two months ago used it maybe 3-4 times and now it's showing blurry definitely wouldn't recommend buying and now I can't return it.

It not even worked for a day. Image became blurred and have to return it.

My son and I couldn’t get this to work right on my desktop computer, so I exchanged it at the store for a Logitech camera/mic that worked perfectly.

A very magnificent crap and big with low quality webcam better off buy a chrome book which gets better webcam than this unstable crap!
