This webcam does what you need it to do for a reasonable price. I like that it is threaded to be used with a tripod, which is how I use it (tabletop miniature tripod). Would recommend.

Great little camera. Setup was simple, plug into USB port. Going windows start find click on camera and your up and running. It works great on zoom.

Great quality for the price. Very satisfied with the purchase.

If there was a 0 star rating I would give it. After a couple of months, my Aluratek webcam went out of focus and is showing blurry. It was great until then. Now its worthless. I am trying to find how to fix it but all the blogs say it is autofocus. Don't waste your money buy a logictech and save yourself a headache

Usually when you see a WARRANTY or some kind of GUARANTEE on a consumer electronic, you'd expect the manufacturer to honor that. Not this time. Best Buy was not the problem in this case...ALURATEK was. I tried to resolve a product defect (FUZZY OBJECT INSIDE THE DEVICE ITSELF) with two different "technical service people" but have not heard back from either one. Avoid buying one of their webcams at all cost. Keep looking for another webcam...this one's not it.

This was a decent webcam... for literally 10 minutes. All of a sudden my computer "couldn't find camera". When I connected it to my other computer, it shows a highly distorted image for a few seconds than dies. Looks like others have had same DOA issues. Looks like a lot of bad apples in their manufacturing. Was going to do some streaming tonight for my nieces and nephews tonight and now I'm really disappointed.

Video quality is horrible, off-hue, slow response and grainy. I was told by the help desk this AWC03F is a plug and play device; no drivers, etc. needed. I've wasted hours trying to optimize video quality. This item is a nightmare. Technical support is not helpful. I have no more time to waste on this company or this device. Shame on the Best Buy salesperson who recommended this very subpar item.

This piece of junk is horrible also the 14 day return policy is so dumb because after 3 weeks my webcam stopped working i used it to stream twice and then its stopped working and like i said the 14 day return policy does not help so now i can not return it nor can i do anything with so I am just not going to be purchasing any more items from best buy until they fix THE RETURN POLICY!!!

I bought this webcam to use with my new MacBook Air, which has a very poor built-in camera. I chose this over Logitech because it had a better advertised resolution for the same price. I was frankly stunned by how poor the resolution was on this device. It was blurry and lacked definition -- only slightly better than my laptops built-in camera, if that.

Did not work a total of 5 minutes. Plug it in worked all fine quality was ok. All of sudden the picture was in and out and the picture and videos had pink film cutting in and out of it. Should of just went with Logitech instead. Now I have to go back and return this before my interview.

Problem with this model is that the camera position. Not able to tilt it towards you after you mount (place) on the monitor . So it essentially focuses on part of your face and the roof !! I am unsure how others are using it , unless they are using a standing desk. Returning it !!

This Webcam does not work with OBS or Streamlabs....

Video image flickers every 3-5 seconds even at the lowest 360 resolution. Not going to work for my MS Teams meetings.

Garbage don't buy it. Compatibility issues. Manufacturer doesn't provide drivers.
