This little item works well. The control button a little tricky, between on/off and connecting Probably just an old guy thing.

Use to add Bluetooth to my factory Harley Davidson Harmon Kardon radio. Easy to use, works great, and the battery lasts all day. Only issue is the power button is tiny and sometimes sticks in the depressed position.

The button is hard to feel and is in an awkward spot. And the lights are confusing. But I will say that the range is good. I can connect to it about 50ft away from my car if j leave it on.

It worked but after the first device connection it would connect automatically when plugged in and would not allow other device connections. It was annoying when you plugged it in to connect a friends device and then had to go into setting of yours and disconnect it. It should automatically kick you off when you hold button to connect new device. Not too much to ask. Right?

Works but Not the best Option

I was looking to use this as a discrete bluetooth option for my car to make it appear as it was built into the factory radio. The device works and is pretty simple to pair. It accomplished the discrete part, as my aux connection is in the glove compartment. The drawback is that you have to turn it off with a physical button in order to preserve battery life when using it. So...not a good option if you are trying to use it in your car because the battery would drain all the time unless you power off before you get out which in my case, was pretty inconvenient.

Awesome product & Sound / Easy to Use

This generic brand Bluetooth receiver is AWESOME & works perfectly with no issues whatsoever! It stays in my arm rest where it's constantly plugged in via it's car charger AND also has it's red & white audio wires constantly plugged in which are also in the arm rest of my car. The sound quality is perfect and I know it works even if your phone is quite a distance away because I've taken my phone out of my car and walked away and it was still connected 20-30 ft away. The only issue is your have to hit the power button every time you want to use it which is a 4-5 second hold time to power it on. Not really a big deal though. I'd definitely recommend this Bluetooth receive if you want something reliable with great sound quality!

I bought this device because my car does not have Bluetooth. All in all, this device works very well and I would recommend it. It lasts several days without charging and can be plugged into a car charger and used at the same time. The only downfall is the one button that you use to turn it on and off. You have to hold it down for approximately 4 seconds to turn on and the same to turn off. If you hold it down just a hair longer, it goes into the Bluetooth find mode, which can be annoying. So turning it on initially can be a little irritating if you're not looking at the device light.

    Wireless Headphones for TV

Just bought this and plugged it into my tv to connect my Bluetooth wireless headphones I already had(JBL Synchros). Works great. Took me a couple minutes to figure out the right way to connect, wasn't pressing power button long enough to get the flashing blue and red alternately. Needed this to listen to tv when my wife wants it quiet studying for school, since we are living in a studio and I didn't want a cable from my headphones all the way to tv. I even went upstairs about 30 or more feet and still had a signal. Not sure why this isn't more popular, Best Buy only had one option, our Walmart didn't stock any, and Target doesn't sell it at all. There are cheaper brands sold on Internet, but if you've bought poor electronics products from Amazon like me, just get it this one from Best Buy and you'll be set.

Using in my car with IPod, smart phone etc. Good stereo but , no Bluetooth in car. Really convenient. Sound is great. Small size is good ... but small button to connect bluetooth is somewhat difficult to reach. Also great wth non-Bluetooth stereos, tv's etc. .

I bought this for my Harley ultra classic. The cd/radio has an aux input so figured this would work. I just bought some super strength Velcro and put it on back of device and fairing. It worked great for two weeks on bike (even in a light rain or two). Only problem is the button is hard with gloves on but I don't think the company had motorcycles in mind when they designed it. The b.t. Pairing was easy and directions are straightforward. Product was well put together and seemed sturdy enough. I lost mine already but will order another after another few tries of looking for old one.

Pros. It works. Good battery life. Many hours. Minor issues: you have to press the button correctly or else it won't shut down. There has been some lag, but very rare and not unusual with Bluetooth. I don't think it's necessarily a unique problem. But is great 99.999% of the time.

Great Inexpensive Bluetooth For My Car Stereo

Super small, good sound. It connected to my iPhone 5 with no hassels whatsoever. I can't really tell a difference in sound between this and my aux cord I used. Also, you can use it while it's on charge, if you have it on and then plug the charger in it may shut off, just push the button to turn it back on and it's good to go. Only bad things I think are the fact it doesnt charge by a standard micro or mini usb cable, but by it's own round one, so don't lose your charge cord! The aux cable leaving the device is kind of thin also, so don't be rough with it. I plan on using some velcro to keep it near the car radios aux input so I shouldn't have to worry about the cord wearing out from the units weight pulling down on it. Highly recommend for somebody looking for an inexpensive way to stream music over bluetooth to their cars aux input. This will tide me over until I decide to change out my head unit to one that has built-in bluetooth.

    Great adapter for car stereo

Just picked this up yesterday, for use in my car with iPhone5. Car has a mini-jack input inside the armrest, to play (wired) devices through stereo, and while that had worked well for a few years, by keeping my ancient iPod wired inside the armrest, it was a huge pain to always open the armrest to change songs, etc. I'm hopeful the product will provide trouble-free use for a long time (some of the reviews have me nervous about that...) But so far, so good. I'm powering it directly off the car's aux power jack (also located inside the armrest) so I haven't had a chance or reason to test battery life. Only drawback I see so far, is tied to the very compact design (which I actually like, but...) The attached cord to connect the 3.5mm jack to the input is only about 2-3 inches long. In my armrest, the input jack is located at the bottom of a kind of deep storage well. The connection cord isn't long enough to allow me to place the device up in the "top tray" of the armrest cavity. So I have to leave it down in the bottom of the well---which isn't a huge problem, except that every time I enter the car, I have to press the tiny button located on the device, to get it to connect to my iPhone. @@@@@@@@ It connects automatically and quickly each time I press the button, but you have to press the button each time -- apparently it doesn't sit there waiting to "auto sense" that my iPhone has come into range, each time I enter the car. @@@@@@@ So I have to open the armrest & remove the top tray, to reach the bottom of the well and the device. Not the end of the world, since I do it when I first enter the car... But a longer 3.5mm cord would give added placement flexibility. It is SO much nicer/easier controlling song selection from the iPhone5 (kept in my shirt pocket, or sitting on the passenger seat, or anywhere else handy. @@@@@@@ Audio quality has been great - the Bluetooth transmission seems to provide a louder max volume level, too, than when I directly-wire the iPhone5 into that same aux jack, which is a nice perk.

    Cheap, Easy to use

This receiver is very small, portable, and easy to hide. Sound quality through Bluetooth appears to be equal to a direct aux cable. I can't notice any loss in treble, bass or volume while using an LG G3 to stream Google Play music in car. Battery lasted close to 12 hours which can be a long time for such a small device. A chime will beep every minute or so when battery is about to quit. Pairing is a simple setup and only needs to be done once. For the most part if the adapter has recently been turned on and cellphone is in range AND has Bluetooth on standby, playing any music will connect devices automatically. If this doesn't happen, tapping the power button for 1 second will connect them. Rarely does one have to go into phone settings and re-select device. When phone leaves car for more than 10 minutes, receiver automatically powers down. Very helpful so one doesn't have to bother to turn off device. Downsides: It takes 5-6 seconds holding power button to turn on device; holding power button on for too long will enter pairing mode. Aux cable coming from bluetooth receiver is too short to allow for different placements in car. They should have made this receiver with an open 3.5mm jack so one can use a short or long cable depending on use. Consider that you must power on device before use which prevents it from being completely hidden or tucked away. Charging cable is not common. It appears to be a USB to "nokia style" round mini plug. It would be better if this had a micro-usb charger for more compatibility. Overall I would recommend if you have a good placement for it in your car.
