This Bluetooth adapter works great. I am able to stream music from the Galaxy S4 to my iHome without having to have the phone connected with a cable to the AUX port. Allows you to break away to do other things with the phone (texts, web browsing, FB, IG.) Sound is clear and not digitized. I am able to play music downstairs while the adapter is upstairs. I keep it plugged in all the time. I am unable to comment on the battery life.

when it works, it works great...problem is keeping it connected. If you find it on sale it might be worth it

The product works as it should. Good connection no dropouts with the Bluetooth connection auto disconnects and reconnects with my phone if I get out of range...great if you want to enable bluetooth in your car. Pairing your device at first can be a little tricky but once you figure it out it's like any other Bluetooth device..

I bought this for my bose wave radio 4. Connected it to the auxiliary in, pared it to my tablet and phone (both of which I bought at best buy) and I was up and running in no time. So far it has worked flawlessly and pairing was very easy. A must if you have bad over air reputation.

The product was very easy to install and use. Found it to be an extremely useful product on a road trip with old vehicle that did not have blue tooth capabilities.

Pros. It works. Good battery life. Many hours. Minor issues: you have to press the button correctly or else it won't shut down. There has been some lag, but very rare and not unusual with Bluetooth. I don't think it's necessarily a unique problem. But is great 99.999% of the time.

I bought this to use on an older receiver so i could stream music while outside during the summer. Very easy to pair with my phone and other bluetooth devices.

I purchased a Bose Acoustic Wave Music System May 20, 1999 and this Aluratek-iStream-Universal Bluetooth Audio Receiver added Bluetooth to my Bose system. It is user friendly at set up and usage. Thank you.

An inexpensive solution to send blue tooth signals to non-blue tooth enabled devices. Works great on old home theater system.

I bought this product due to my other Bluetooth adapter going bad. I use it in my truck aux connection and the volume output is very good compared to my previous device. I have a NUVO home entertainment system ( music all over the house system) in the house and used this device as a Bluetooth connection to the main unit as a source. It worked well with that setup as well. The only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 is the range. All Bluetooth devices have this issue as if you are between walls etc you will get constant frequency inconsistency causing interruptions in your music.

I love this product! I have an older stereo in my office that doesn't pick up many stations but the speakers are great. With this, I plugged it in and use video/aux. I am NOT tech savy but this was super easy for me. Now, I either link my phone or laptop and can listen to iheart radio or CD's through my speakers. Awesome! Highly reccomend for anyone that doesnt want to invest in a new stereo system or bluetooth speakers.

This works really good. Word of advice. If you are unable to connect to it, clear this device (in the directions) and reset your Bluetooth device.

This product worked as advertised. I am currently using it my iPod and my stereo system in my bedroom. I would feel comfortable recommending this product.

I would definitely recommend this product, it works well with my Bose wireless headphones and with my Sony TV. I can listen throughout my house. A great purchase.
