    Seems to work pretty good. Got it because other people I knew had it. Hadn’t have a chance to test against others as it being the first one in my house.

    Although not exactly what I thought it would be, it works for home use which is what I wanted it for. It works on forehead and objects. It has memory and automatic shutoff. So, it is O.K.

    Found this to be less expensive even though it was a deal of the day. Others come with protective pouch. This one did not.

    Seems pretty accurate, if anything ~0.2 too high. Easier than using a contact "forehead swipe" thermometer on my children, as the forehead swipe one requires more effort to keep them still. It would be nice if it was slightly cheaper.

    The temperature gauge has been disappointing in terms of accuracy. Despite the money spent on it, it has not been worth it. Overall, I would not recommend this gauge to others looking for a reliable temperature reading.

    I realize that these infrared thermometers are not as accurate as a regular thermometer, but a 3 degree difference is just too much. It is very easy to use and that's a plus, but unfortunately that big a difference in temp readings is just too much.

    Doesn't take an accurate temp. Don't waste your money on this item. We have tested it against other types of thermometers and this one always gives a different reading that varies by 3-4 degrees.
