I have been using it for a year now as my daily headphone. it has held up well over the year. The sound is clear enough for daily meetings and the connection for both the earmuffs have been solid.

Pros: - They were on sale $8 off - Ear pads are comfortable. - Like other wired headsets, they don't need charging or dealing with wireless interference, pairing, etc. - Packaging was easy to open and use right away. - Mic boom is partially flexible. Cons: - Microphone volume very low with no means to adjust it. People complain the voice sounds hollow, lacking clarity and difficult to understand. - Speaker goes from very loud to muted with no good range. - There are bright blue LEDs that serve no purpose. These are distracting and makes the actual buttons harder to read. I have to put it face down to avoid eye strain. - The headband has no padding, and the size seems to be for a smaller round shaped head, so they don't quite fit for me. - The microphone placement is a little short, so the boom stops in my cheek not reaching the corner of my mouth. Though it flexes and rotates up and down, the angle of the headband is engineered for the mic to be on your left. - Windows drivers give it a generic name Overall just not happy with these. I will try to return for credit and get another brand, as the original packaging was already recycled by the efficient gnomes who work for me...

For its price, this headset has surprisingly good sound. My friends tell me that my mic quality on Discord was crisp and clear. I would have paid $5 more to have a padded headband. As for the ear comfort, they didn't pinch. However, the material on the ear padding did start to deteriorate after about a year. Meaning, it started to crack and 'chip" off like an old leather chair. That didn't stop me from using it for another year. Like I said, great headset if you're on a budget.

Purchase these two years ago and they were so good for the price that I paid. They just now having an issue. I love this brand and work for me. It was great. I’m about another set tomorrow

This head set is okay, I purchased it and returned it. At first I liked it but after wearing it all day it began to get uncomfortable. First of all it fit me big around the head area, I have a smaller skull. That’s not unusual for a headset but it just sucked the it didn’t have more adjustment. The sound quality was good. I liked the control on the wire it has, you can mute it or manage the volume. After searching for a usb only headset for work I decided to go with another option, I went with Logitech usb wired H540 which I honestly feel the difference. They are both in the same price range.however the Logitech gives me more comfort and seems more of a better quality. I’m sure it will work for what you need it, I personally wanted a inexpensive headset since it will be use for work but if you have options, even better! Hope this review helps you find the right headset as I know many of us started working from home and don’t want to invest so much on a headset yet want something that works.

Comfortable, sound is good, no outside noises can be heard

Works as advertised! Consider this a bargain buy. Extreme caution! In Windows 11 this auto connects at maximum volume. Do not put these on your head until the voulme is set very low. Still testing as to why this happens on a USB headset. You should also set your input device volume in sound settings when you use a new input. Once set in widows you are fine except the hand held voulume control whic must be manual set after each restart. Quality unit for the price.
