Would've rated 5, but the dongle adapter, doesn't seem to be compatible with Windows 10. Connected via Bluetooth, easy! Great sound and comfortable.

I had to replace the head set I use for work and through I'd give this a try. Although the head set fit snug maybe to snug it does it's job. I ware glasses and the first night I found the ear pads had no give to them and by the end of the night my ears were really sore. So I extended the head set as far as it would go so they are loosely warden on my head. Although my ears do not hurt as much it's still and issue. I have found the mic works well and has good pickup.

Great headset! I use it for work, on calls 6+ hours a day. They are comfortable and I can clearly hear everything anyone is saying. I like that the microphone is smart enough to block most background noise. I have a window AC unit right next to my desk and the individuals on the other end can not hear it running like they could with my prior microphone. The cushion's on the ears are comfortable. This headset blocks out noise around me as well. If someone walks up to talk to me they have to tap me on the shoulder to remove the headset so I can hear them.

Best Buy had this as a deal-of-the-day for $5.99. Had a $5 Best Buy reward certificate--got this wired stereo headset for $1.07, and free shipping to boot! Plugged it into my laptop headphone jack; it works fine. Sound is good, earpieces reasonably comfortable and adjust, and boom microphone can be used R or L and works fine. Use it to improve sound on Zoom meetings; it does a great job.

This headset is a USB headset so it has presumably all digital transmission right before sound reproduction. It has good fidelity but it is quite loud even at the lowest sound level. The mic is good though. Useful for voice call or audio conferencing.

Decent build but for the price they function with clear sound and voice comes through crystal clear. Headset is light weight and for the most part comfortable.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do and does it well. My only gripe is the massive size of the volume/mute button box on the cord and that the red mute light is basically impossible to see. If they shrunk the size of the box and made the mute light easier to recognize, it'd be 5 stars.

These were great headsets. Good sound quality and mic quality. I had them a long time before the cat chewed the chord

Literally plug and play. Sound quality is great and seems to provide great vocal quality to those on the other end of the conversation. My only complaint would be the in-line mute and volume buttons are a little bulky and the button symbols can be hard to see. Overall, great product.

I use this headset for work and love it. Got it on clearance. Audio quality is great and people remark that I sound clearer then before.

These are on-ear headphones, so they hurt my ears if I keep them on more than about 5 minutes. But otherwise, they have great speaker sound quality, and people have told me I sound nice and clear when using it on MS Teams. I got these because reviews said they were comfortable, but sadly for me, they not.

I purchased this headset a year ago. I work in the dispatching field and our team takes calls voice over IP. A USB headset is required, past headsets I have purchased has not lasted as long as this one has. Last year I caught it on sale and purchased 5 to keep a stock supply. Its very comfortable, has great sound quality for hearing customers as well has speaking MIC for customers to hear me clearly, and zero static.

Its comfortable for me, a medium sized woman. The mic and speakers work well, no complaints from anyone on the other end of the call and I can hear them fine. Not hot and doesn't give me headset headache. Well priced. The lights are bright but wouldn't even have given it a thought had I not read prior reviews. I just flip the control over in my lap because I have enough spare cord to do so. The buttons are easy to see and maneuver. This was the only keeper of three I purchased.

Great sound and super price Crystal clear music and super high quality phone calls fits just rite on my head I would definitely love to buy another pair for back ups. It definitely makes the best gift for the price of what it cost and for what it cost the quality is this great.

I would either get cheaply made junk or the hardware would not last long. I decided to try this headset. Pro: Great price. Great sound and clear calls. Thicker line from headset to usb. Looks like a much more expensive set for way less. Nice ear piece construction. Cons: Sometimes easy to accidentally mute. Control piece is entirely too big. Instantly auto set up once I plugged these in. No frills but nice for work calls.

They sound pretty good, microphone works good too. USB connection made these perfect for me.

I bought this headset at a very low price not knowing what to expect. This is my first time buying this product and I absolutely love it. I bought the headset for a stay at home job and it gets the job done I must say. I bought another Aluratek headset for gaming purposes and my nephew loves them so I would definitely recommend checking this product out.
