Weird volume control. Computer volume needs to be at 3 or so, otherwise it gets too loud. But price is good and microphone works well.

Good price and sits comfortably on the head. The mic does a decent job of picking up sound but could be better. Overall a good value

Comfortable fit, easy to use, works great! I just plugged it in to an open USB port and it worked right out of the box. Good pick up on the microphone with clear sound. Convenient controls on the cord for volume level and mute.

I use it for work and the quality is good. I read reviews and some people complained of the mute button. I do not see a problem with it. It works fine for me. I do not have to hold the phone to my ear all the time on a long conference call.

They are good headphones for the price. Didn't expect them to have USB hook up. They work for Nintendo but not PS4.

Yes it's plasticy, the fitbisnt perfect, but boy does it have a terrific microphone. People I speak to at meetings tell me that I sound warm and crystal clear. For even the regular Best Buy price, a steal.

A bit small, with decent audio and mic quality. Would recommend if item is on sale, don't buy full price.

Only downside is that it's wired, but the controls are pretty easy and accessible. Other than that, great headset at an unbeatable price! I had a more expensive Plantronics that sometimes had audio issues. Spent some spare change on this headset to try it out and no longer have people telling me they can't hear me. I can hear very clearly with it as well. My sister tried it on because her expensive headset also had issues. Ordered it for her and she loves it. I don't have to worry about carrying around a stand or it running out of battery either since it's wired.

I bought this as a gift for my elderly father who is hard of hearing. He loves the headphones and the clarity of sound. Overall a 5 star rating. If t can make my dad happy it's a winner in my book.

Good sound quality and mic, considering how inexpensive it is, you can't go wrong with the purchase. very comfortable for wearing over long period of time. Good for working from home.

It is actually great for the price, my lady works from home and we needed a quick headset (on a budget) was a simple set up and she loves it better than a more expensive headset I got her prior, lightweight also....

These headphones are comfortable to wear for long periods of time, and the sound quality from the speakers and microphone are pretty good also. I gave them two stars though, because the quality of construction is really bad. I purchased two of these headphones for my 5th and 6th grade daughters to use during the pandemic for their remote school time. The headphones worked fine for a couple of months, then stopped working. I bought more headphones to replace them, and then I bought more to replace those, and then still more to replace those. Maybe if I had went ahead and splurged on some headphones that cost $150, we'd still have the original ones and they'd still work. But I looked at some that were less expensive, and as my kids are finishing up 6th and 7th grades still on lockdown and doing remote schoolwork, I think I've had to replace them 5 times. These are not being used hard, however you would do that with headphones, they're being used by a couple of tween girls for online classes. They just don't hold up.

I was apprehensive initially as I never had a USB-A based headset + mike combo. But this headset exceeded all of my expectations. With my office conferences now running in MS Teams, most of them do not even have 18xx conference line associated with them. So the expectation is that we log on with a laptop/desktop to participate or mobile Teams App. In my office my laptop DELL Latitude is docked and have a dual monitor set up with 2 21# DVI monitors. The laptop lid would be closed. But when participating in conference, my voice would be muffled/not be heard properly. This one ended that problem and now I am able to participate sans problems. I keep my laptop volume < 10 as i am finding that too very overwhelming. So no idea why one of the customers is saying that it has a volume issue. In addition the cord length is pretty long that you can move quite a bit from the laptop. Well some can call it even a negative as the cord can get stuck in chair parts as you move near your desk. Also I have used it in my Chromebooks with Skype chat. My Linux USB in LIVE mode. Manjaro (KDE, Gnome, Deepin), Garuda, Fedora, Ubuntu, Mint, Cutefish OS, Zorin, Elementary OS, Endeavor OS,MX Linux, Linux FX 11 were run from my USB thumb drive and in the next USBA port we had this headset and while I have not done any web chat in the LIVE mode, the sound is perfect. Infact in Windows, the first time I inserted it, it recognized took a few secs to say "Drive installed. Device is ready for use.". In Linux and CrOS it is a true "Plug and Play" available in an instant Strongly recommended

Its a decent headset does the job. At its current sales price its worth it.

Solid headset for the price. I needed it to answer phone calls coming into a laptop for a fundraiser. The audio was clear and as far as I could tell, the person on the other side of the line could hear me. It plugged into the laptop I was using easily and connected right away - no need to fiddle around with any settings. We'll probably end up buying more for volunteers to use during the next fundraiser.

Great buy. Audio is very clear both ways with you speaking and listening. Its sturdy and durable. I am very satisfied of my purchase. Price was under 8 dollars.
