It works pretty well. It does disconnect sometimes four stars.

Bought this to use with a 2020 Acura RDX. Out of the box, it was simple to use and set up. Since we park in a garage, by the time we've backed out, the CarPlay app was connected. It didn't appear to add noticeable delay compared with having to use the cable. The only weirdness we've experienced is if you have multiple phones paired with the device. It gets confusing as to which phone is connected, and if it chose the wrong one, it takes time to fix it.

Well I’m retired so I do drive around every day. So the jury’s still out. So far so good. It was easy to setup. I have lost connection twice so far I’m not sure why. Normally after starting my Jeep it takes about one to two minutes to connect with my phone. But the two times it would not connect. First time I turned off Jeep and restarted it then worked like normal. The second time I unplugged the unit from the usb.

Purchased this wireless adapter to connect to my Apple Car Play and happy I did. After installing it, within a minute it synced with my auto and seamlessly streamed the content from my phone.

This is a close to perfect wireless Apple CarPlay option if your builtin receivers does not have the feature. If you are already using bluetooth on your receiver to connect your phone, this is the step up. Both have a similar lag, but at least you get the Apple CarPlay features with this. If you do not mind wiring your phone to use CarPlay, then stick to it. The downside of this item is the lag. Some times I click pause but nothing happens so I click it again only to see that there is a lag and end up pausing, playing, then pausing again.

It is very easy to set up. Also, once connected for the first time it automatically connects wvery time in a very fast manner. The only drawback so far is that when using it for video calls there is sometime a bit of lag in voice . However, not sure if it is from the device or the iphone.

This works perfectly in place of Apple CarPlay if your car has it and is required to plug in a phone to access the CarPlay features. Only problem is it does seem to have a slight delay in audio

Connected with no problems, sometimes I do have to unplug it to get it to allow me to use my steering wheel controls but that’s only happened twice. All in all it’s awesome not having to plug my phone in and have a cable in my way!

Really easy to install. Connects to my car head unit with no issues. Using with an after market stereo in my 2000 jeep cherokee. Realy like this carplay adater

Works well. Sometimes it needs to be disconnected and reconnected because volume does not work. But once is reconnected it works perfect

This is nice to have. Now my phone automatically connects to Appleplay with I enter my car. Wrote this I had to connect a wire to my phone to get Appleplay to connect to my phone.

95% of the tome i hop in my vehicle and it works without problems connecting to my phone within 5-10 seconds. Have experienced some problems where apple maps lags way behind but only a couple times in a month and it wasnt really a problem in those i stances. Google maps though never lagged. Overall the product works very well and i would recommend. Price may be a little high for what it does but it just works.

Works well right out of the box. No downloads or apps necessary. Haven’t experienced any issues with it yet.

This is an amazing product when it actually wants to work. It does have connection issues from time to time but it’s easily fixable by unplugging it and plugging it back in to the port.

Nice adapter to enable wireless Apple CarPlay. The device seems to work well. The only issue is sometimes my phone doesn't pair to device and I have to manually pair my phone to the device. Quick reaction time and all functions do work well. Almost 5 stars.

worth it if you want to go wireless in your car took a bit to hook up

Been one month, I notice graphical glitches for about 5 seconds after connecting. other than that, I do t see any issues… So far the product’s performance is good.

Necessary device for those who do not have Carplay. Since connecting a phone via wire is still a pleasure.

It is a good product if you want your car to have wireless carplay inserted of having to plug in your phone in every time.
