The product is fine. The shape it was delivered in is very bad. The first unit was delivered directly to my house, and was literally dumped off of the UPS truck, which was apparent when, I opened it up and found it to be dented in many locations. The second one I had delivered to the store, where I took a cursory look at it before accepting it. Which I should not have accepted. Upon getting it home I found multiple dents and broken fasteners. At this point I said to hell with it, it works so I installed it.

We looked in many places and couldn't decide... My aunt said "Check Best Buy". Decided to purchase the Amana 1000 Sq. Ft. AC. It works the way I had always hoped one would. Cools the house, quiet. Thank you, Best Buy!

This A/C unit is absolutely amazing!! It cools down our entire main floor with ZERO problem! I'd recommend this for anyone with around 800-900 sq ft to cool in hurry...

Unit came in with small exterior damage plus the electrical plug had one of the contacts to short which caused it not to make contact with receptacle. Also had corrosion on left side just on the other side of filter. Had to return it.

The few days I've use this, so far so good, I do like the Eco system.

Great AC unit. We installed this unit into a wine cellar. It maintains consistent temperature and is working great.

I purchased this air conditioning unit thinking it would be like most models, I get it home and plug it in.....yeah nope! the air conditioner sits perfectly in the window, however on top of the 600 dollars I have paid for it, I now have to spend an additional 350 to get a correct outlet put in my wall to accomodate it. You cannot buy an adapter and the plug is actually backwards to all of the universal adapters to be able to plug it in. I can't tell you if it works, because quite honestly I dont know. All I know is, by the time I have paid for this unit and the electrician.....I could have paid a down payment on central air.

All the features I wanted. Quiet operation. Would definitely recommend this unit

Check the box when you receive it. Unfortunately ours was damaged & missing parts. We didnt know until install date which was past the return window. Best buy refused to give the missing parts due to this.
