Racks in refrigerator are grill so nothing stands up unless has large bottom. A year later the insulation stripping around the door start to come off. Looks like they used the least amount of glue - just enough to hold it on...for at least a year. Buy something else this is a peice of cheap junk.

Another issue for me was its size. Having a small kitchen this item was to big for my space.

The freezer never kept stuff as cold as it should. I bought this refrigerator a year ago. I couldn't afford a better one but i know this has been a trusted brand name for me in the past. Recently it went into defrost and never recovered. It started blowing hot air out and everything i had inside spoiled and got moldy. So, now i have to buy another refrigerator and replace all of my food. I could not afford the protection plan when i bought it. Sucks for me. However, i did not think that the refrigerator would be ready for the junkyard in just one year either. Never again.

Amana Refrigerator

Everything would've been great except for the fact that they damaged the refrigerator while delivering it-multiple dents on the side, there's a missing grille on the bottom of the refrigerator, and there was damage done to our property upon delivery. Although BB addressed the damage via a credit, the other two issues have yet to be addressed. Multiple calls to BB have yielded no response.
