Seriously Amana, would it had really broken the bank to include a shelf/rack in the freezer! How the heck are food items to be stored, piled one on top of the other? I’m contacting you to request a rack/shelf for the freezer. Had I’d known that it didn’t have a freezer rack/shelf, I wouldn’t had purchased It in the first place. (store didn’t have one on display, ordered online at store) I’m considering returning it to get one with a SHELF/RACK! When you think you think about it, who thought up such a dumb idea in the first place? Good grief!
