Freezer not cold enough

There are only 3 cooling settings and the very coldest keeps freezer at 0 degrees. Most Freezers will go colder than 0. If I could do it over, I'd spend more and get a better option. This is a garage refrigerator/freezer and I have a Viking in my house. Perhaps I'm expecting too much...

The doors were reversed easily, but this refrigerator could not accommodate an icemaker.

It is somewhat noisy and we have to us small grid cooling racks on top of the wire shelves or smaller items fall over. In order to use this unit long term in our home it needs to be left hand hinged. The instructions say that it can be re-hinged but that is extremely difficult. The plugs in the holes to re-hinge are glued in, must be drilled out, and the lower door hardware is integrated with the front casters. Very complicated and if you really want this refrigerator pay to have Best Buy re-hinge the doors.
