Was nice at beginning. The wire racks are terrible. Most things fall over. But my main complaint is only having it for 8 months and rust is becoming very prevalent on the door. We clean it all the time. It does not get wet so there is NO reason it should be rusting. I will NOT purchase stainless steel again.

Not worth the money. Amana sells the exact same refrigerator with glass shelves and a full shelf in the freezer. It has the exact same MSRP as this one, which has wire shelves and a half shelf in the freezer. Amana’s customer service is awful. I’ve tried several times to contact customer service only to be on hold for over an hour each time. I would look at different models and manufacturers and choose one with a bit more conveniences. I guess no one at Amana has ever tried to stand a bottle or can on a wire shelf. I would recommend a different refrigerator.

I ordered this for a newly renovated rental property. I eventually took all the plastic holding the doors shut just to find fingerprints inside the fridge and freezer as though I was sent a used product in placement of a brand new product. Fingerprint Grease inside the fridge and freezer

In summary, we have this unit in our garage. Bought in Jan and even on the lowest setting, would freeze veggies etc. during colder months. Now that it’s warmer weather, it doesn’t get cold enough even on the coldest setting. Struggles to stay in the low 50°. Really, really disappointed.

love this fridge. basic which is all we need. stainless front sides are grey however delivery team not too good. they had hard time and we didn’t notice till after they left that they never took plastic skids off. we tried but have to lay down to get them off ? So guess they are staying on? Also small dent on one side but not noticeable. Great price. works great

I got this open box at the outlet store. The delivery went great, the people who came were helpful and took away my old refrigerator as planned. They gave me good advice about how to use the new fridge. I spend one day getting the refrigerator temperature adjusted it's working great. It was a good buy and I've kept it shining with stainless steel polish. Looks great and runs well. I like the open shelves and was surprised at how much more space there is than in my older 18 CU refrigerator.

I was looking for a stand up freezer, but due to the pandemic I couldn't find one. So I purchase this refrigerator and it has decent storage space for a top freezer. Love the color, and compartments below/ Very quiet too..

The Amana refrigerator was the perfect size for my kitchen. It is very quiet during it's operation. Freezer compartment is roomy, it can easily accommodate a turkey or ham. Shelves are easy to adjust. Glass shelving should be offered as another feature. Best Buy service was great ! Delivery was exactly as promised. The delivery men were courteous and efficient. They removed the old unit and prepped the new refrigerator.

The refrigerator is good for what we paid. Not as good as what we had, however the bottom part seems more spacious than out old refrigerator which was two inches wider. The freezer part is small than our old one. One thing I wished this refrigerator had was glass shelving instead of wire shelving. It does have glass shelving over the drawers but not elsewhere and I think it would be better if it did. Overall our new refrigerator looks good and seem to work well.

The refrigerator looks good, it keeps food cold, and the noise level is acceptable. It is also exactly the right size for our space. Having the drawers on wheels works very well.

I like the refrigerator itself, quite and spacious. Also, the delivery guys are very friendly and efficient. However, the product that was delivered to me did seems like a display model, which did not come with box and had a price tag on. The inside is a little dirty too. So far, I did not have any issue with it, so I am not going to return it. However, I am not happy about paying for a new product but getting an open-box item instead.

Love this - but it has only a very small shelf in the freezer. I had to get it because of size and availability (the gasket on my old fridge was falling off, i.e. I needed to replace it NOW). It looks great, the refrigerator space is wonderful, but the freezer is kind of a mess.

Tempatures in grudge and freezer perfect! Plenty of room for two! Why buy a fancy one with all the bells and whistles. Very pretty.

This refrigerator has been good so far. Delivery was next day and they deliverymen were both polite and good at bring the new fridge in and taking the old fridge out. I had to reverse the doors and while this procedure can be accomplished there are bolts on the bottom that must be manipulated. I am happy with this purchase.

It does all I want it to do, and holds a week's supply of food and keeps it fresh 'til I'm ready to go to the store for restocking. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to my friends who are looking for a simple refrigerator without all the complicated extras that I didn't use like water dispenser, ice maker, and all the storage drawers. Simple to clean which is what I was looking for.
