Was hoping the reviews stating problems with the freezer staying cold were just exceptions and this would work as a great second fridge in the garage, but even on the coldest setting things do not stay frozen. I can only imagine it will be worse in the summer. To make things worse, Best Buy will not exchange/replace as I'm now "out of the return policy" period. Way to stand behind the products you sell. As of now, it appears I'm stuck with an unusable freezer and will be shopping for a new one elsewhere.
