They loaded it. And said they were not able to do any tieing. Just left me sit there. Husband had to make a trip in to do it. From churubusco indiana. Won't b buying anything there that requires tieing again.

It also built up ice around the door inside in the freezer. I didn't trust that a different one of the same make/modle would be any better, so I returned it and traded up to a different brand.
