This washer works great, It does everything I ask of it and more, it is basic and simple to use. I like that it is fairly quiet and can be ran without waking my 1 year old daughter. It cleans clothes just as well or better then our old LG front load.

I got this washer open box. The associate was very helpful and got it ordered for me quickly. Had no problems with delivery. Washer is in great shape looks and feels brand new. Goes great with my matching dryer and now we dont have to take any more trips to the washeteria.

This washer is wonderful! I read the reviews online so I was skeptical. I prefer the olid fashioned wash machines. The reviews said it wouldn't get clothes as clean. THAT IS NOT TRUE! My clothes are cleaner now than ever! It's quiet and a great deal especially for the price

I purchased this machine because it has an agitator!!! For the past 17 months I have had one without & I hated it! This machine doesn't have all the bells & whistles & that's just fine with me. It gets my clothes clean. I don't need anything fancy. This machine is basic. It is relatively quiet while in operation too. It's just me & the hubby now so the smaller size works good for us.

This washer has been working great so far. It's a great deal for the money. It's very easy to use and it doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles we didn't need. Very happy so far.

This Amana washer is inexpensive but it is a great product. You can fit large items and it will wash perfect. It is good product and you can't beat the price.

After a couple months of use, no issues to report. Works great, got it at a great price. My only complaint is that the drain hose from the factory is very short. Had to replace that with a longer hose in order to be able to use in my laundry area. Minor inconvenience and under $10.

Who ever knew that a port to put fabric softener in the washer was an extra! This one has no way to use fabric softener unless you buy an extra part for it. The water usage is very low and I have to use the bulky setting to get all the clothes to be washed and rinsed well. The lid locks so you can't see that your clothes are not emersed in the water. You need special detergent marked HE for high energy for this washer. Strange machine but it works if you use the bulky setting to make sure all the clothes get wet. No place to use fabric softener if you get the regular model without the extra part. It works for the money.

nice and compact...I like it (yes, I do wash @times) ...My wife does not like the cycles due to being programmed into the system-does not allow for adjusting water vol or timing which is easily done w/mechanical systems over computer style...Overall, very nice and easy to use, just perfect for our small condo and any apt.

I bought this washer for a house I just purchased because it was affordable($299) and it was full sized. I have owned it for about a month now and have had no issues with the unit. There is plenty of different wash setting for whatever your preference. Best Buy delivered and set up the washer for free which was an added bonus.

This washer is very efficient. I had a high dollar washer before and hated it. This Amana washer is very budget friendly and in my opinion, much better than the high dollar unit that I shoved out the back door.

Other reviewers have reported problems with this washer, but my experience so far has been excellent. The machine works well, gets my clothes clean, and I've had no issues with the washer becoming unbalanced even when washing a bulky item like a comforter. I'm finding this washer to be excellent value for the money spent, particularly since delivery and installation were free (and prompt). I would recommend to others.

When my washer died I needed to find one quick. I wanted a simple top loader with basic cycles. Inexpensive, easy to use but could still handle laundry for 6. This washer meets all those requirements. I originally found it for less at another store but with delivery and all the other tacked on charges the price rose quickly and they wouldn't allow for pick up. Best Buy price matched and we picked it up same day. Some reviews I read stated that this washer is loud. While it does sound different than what some may be used to it is the quietest washer I have ever owned and I believe it has quicker cycles than any other I have owned (though I haven't actually timed any) All in all I am very happy with this washer

I've had washers that shook the house with clothes-pounding action. And every machine made its own "working" noise. Not this machine!! I buy Amana because it is American made, and made to last. I don't need my glasses to set it for the desired wash load. Could such a quiet machine really clean my stuff? You bet 'cha. And it does not rock the house in the process. Yahoo!!!

This is our second Amanda over the past 4 years. The first was an earlier model that was known for bad bearings. Needless to say we got a good amount of money out of it with 7 people in the house. I bought an extended warranty this time as to cover the bearings. The part is only $50 to fix but a new seal is needed when you tear it apart that adds an extra $80. At that point we were putting over half the cost of a new machine into a 4 year old one. So we just sprung for a new one. This machine may not last the years of heavy use, but it works well for an entry level machine.

Some of the settings are unusual, but once you read the instructions printed on the lid you can easily figure out which ones you need for what. There are a couple settings I miss from the earlier model, but so far this does a good job, for the price it is a good product.

Recently purchased this washer for my mother who lives by herself in a small apartment. The noise is minimal, it holds a decent amount of clothes for a single person, and can even wash comforters if need be. No complaints here.

It does a good job of cleaning the clothes it is fast and efficient. It is an little noise. Very good machine for the price. Ex-wife likes it keeps her away from me makes me like it really well
